The post earrings shipped with out a box and in a soft envelope, they are bent!!!

They are beautiful earrings and I am bummed that the backs bent due to shipping, I need them exchanged and shipped in a small box, so that the posts don't get bent. I can't even put them on, so no photo to send. I would give the earrings a five star if they hadn't arrived bent. Boo on the shipping!
