The extra padding definitely helped me fill out my dress more and helped it stay up. When I tried them with tighter fitting/thinner clothing, my chest area looked a bit awkward. That being said, it's definitely possible to "adjust" them to work depending on the outfit.

They definitely add a cup size, are fairly comfortable, and would provide a nice pushup for someone with bigger boobs, but the cups themselves are very big and barely fit in my bras. (The top peaks out a little.) They wouldn't fit in any bra like the description says, so just don't plan on wearing them with a bra with less coverage (e.g. demi) unless you want to try to cut them.
