The dress fit perfectly and it was thick and excellent quality. I liked the length and the neckline. You can definitely wear a bra with this dress. The only con is because of the design of the dress, some camera angles made me look wider in photos than I really am. But overall, I thought the dress was great.

It runs slightly big because of the material (pretty stretchy) so I suggest going a size down. I rented this dress one time before in a S (I normally wear a Medium). Spanx are recommended but not needed. If you are over 5'6" its kind of on the short side.

I saw this dress and immediately knew it would fit really well. The fabric is super thick and fits almost like spanx. When I actually got the dress I was disappointed that the gray design didn't show up as strongly as in the picture with the model, but hopefully as you can see in my own photo, the dress photographs well and you can see the design. I loved wearing this dress and it made my night!

super comfy but sexy

I wore this dress to go out on New Year's Eve. It's incredible comfortable and easy to wear, and great for dancing since the stretchy material lets you raise your arms easily without the rest of the dress riding up. As for the fit, I would say the dress runs a little large. I ordered the Small, but had to get the Medium as my back-up because XS was unavailable by the time I placed my order. I was really surprised at how much room I had in the Small from the waist up, even though I am a bit pear-shaped. It's also possible that if I were taller, it would have had a smoother fit and wouldn't have felt so roomy. If I were to wear this dress again I would definitely want to try the XS. Also, this dress is pretty low-cut so you'll want a bra with a plunging neckline.

This dress stays true to size, but it is short if you are over 5 10". Other than that, I love the fabric. It is very slimming. The sleeves and neck keep it classy, even though it is a very sexy dress.

It's fit perfectly I got both the size 6 and the size 8 and both fit pretty well but I went with the size six because I have a smaller bust. It was not too short and I am 5'9 and very conscious about the length of my dresses. I loved it!

I rented this for a cocktail party and ended up having to buy another dress last minute. This dress shows wayyy more skin than the pictures led me to believe. I agree with the other reviews that it's extremely form-fitting, which was fine with me. The problem is that there is so little coverage to the rest of the dress that I felt altogether indecent in it. The neckline dips very low, showing a lot of cleavage and it's very short. Take a few steps in the dress and it will ride up even more. There's just no way I was going out of the house in this. Grrr, I should have rented a backup!

I am 5 2" and usually wear a 0P and I found the XS to be too tight on me. I recommend sizing up. I also think the dress is made for someone taller - the neck was way too low on me. I ended up wearing the other dress I rented.

My partner actually picked out this dress and I was a little "meh" about it until I saw it. I ordered a medium with a large as back up, and the medium was a smidgen too large. But it was actually great for what was planned. I don't like things super tight and I didn't feel constricted or uncomfortable all night. It's a really great pattern, too, very slimming.

Too form fitting for me

I rented this as a backup dress and luckily I did not need it. While it is pretty, it is very form fitting. I'd say I have an average body and this dress hugged every curve, including my tummy. Unless you are 100% comfortable with everything being on display like that (or sucking in your stomach all night), I would not recommend this dress.

I wore this for a formal, and it was perfect -- not too low in the front, body hugging in a very good way, and long enough to be classy and sexy. the design upgrades it from just another LBD to a stunning black dress! its very comfortable, you can wear it with any standard bra, and it's fun to dance in!
