I LOVED this dress. The slit up the side was a little bit too high for my tastes, but I just wore a pair of spandex shorts underneath to remedy it, and it was fine. This dress was absolutely gorgeous and so, so, so comfortable. I didn't have to wear a bra with it, although it would be totally possible to wear a strapless bra if needed. I rented both the 6R and the 8R. They both fit, but the 8R fit absolutely perfectly and still just barely swept the ground with my 4 inch heels. This is a must rent dress.

I got a size 8 and it fit perfectly, I didn't wear a bra but you could definitely wear a strapless. The only problem I had was that it was a little to long. I am 5'4" and got the 8R and wore my highest heels and stepped on the bottom a few times. Other than that a great dress.

Such a great gown. The colorblocking really slims you down and the green is an absolutely amazing color. Fitted at the waist, but very comfortable in the hips - I could dance in this all night! Regular length was perfect for me in 3 inch heels

Simple and Elegant!

I received this dress after hearing that the dress I had chosen was unavailable due to the hurricane. The dress was made beautifully and fit well. I wore the 4 but think a 2 would have fit perfectly. I opted to add a belt since it was a little large up top on me. The only complaint is that the stylist shipped me regular length even though my profile shows I'm 5'10" . Anyone over 5'7" should definitely go with the LONG length. This dress would be perfect for a wedding or more formal holiday party.

The fit was great I like that I didn't really even need a special bra to go with this dress. The material was great and super comfortable. I loved that this dress had a nice high sexy split up the side/middle yet it was hidden unless you had a nice breeze haha. very nice surprise yet modest. Overall It was a great choice for my black tie affair would recommend to women who have a little belly pudge even it hides flaws well!!

Felt amazing in this dress - complemented by beautiful earrings and clutch!

This fits true to size. The 10 was out so I opted for the 10L. I did need to wear higher heels and make sure that if you wear Spanx, they are the shorter version. The slit opens a little high when you walk. All around, very comfortable and flowing.

Modern, beautiful, but oh so long!

The good news: This gown is unique and modern. It will attract compliments. It's stunning yet understated, and so very comfortable to wear. I love the feel of silk. Now for the bad news: This gown is really not meant for people 5'3" and under. I wore 5-inch heels with a 1-inch platform on the shoe, and it still wasn't enough to get the gown off the ground. Unfortunately, I couldn't relax and enjoy the beautify of the gown because I was so preoccupied with keeping it safe. The Stylist Notes are a bit misleading about this gown's actual length and who can pull it off. Good luck!

Very pretty for formal NYE wedding!

The dress was very pretty ... I added a gold belt to help dress it up for a formal NYE wedding. The slit is VERY high ... I ended up pinning it, but was still pretty self conscious about it.

Gorgeous dress with a very Angelina Jolie-esque slit (except not as tacky, obviously!). I am a true size 4 and the dress fit perfectly and was a great choice for a black-tie NYE wedding reception.

Loved this dress and was complimented all night!! I got the 4R and the 6L. They both fit and looked good but the smaller size did not fall as well on the bottom. The slit is very very high. I recommend having a safety pin just as a back up. When I went out on the dance floor I just put in the safety pin just to make sure no one got a free show :)

I was disappointed in this dress. Mainly, it's not the best for small frames. There is a lot of fabric on the top part and though it is fitted at the waist, the overall effect is somewhat shapeless. Also, something was off about the fit. It wasn't to small or too big, but the waist hit me at an awkward point slightly higher than my natural waist. If you have narrow hips, the skirt part just kind of hangs. I think this could look great on somebody more curvy.

I am 5'3" and was wearing 5in heels. Although not perfect length it was as close as one can get. Always a risk you run with long dresses but it worked. Very happy about my first RTR experience!
