Unlike others, I did NOT experience any shedding. We ended up having to take the metro to the inaugural ball and I had this wrap over my coat, while on the metro AND I wore it during the actual ball. This wrap made me, my dress and just my look complete/stand out. I loved loved loved the little hook so I didn't have to worry about it coming/falling off. I would rent this again and AGAIN!

This is way prettier in person than in a photo. The fine feathers are much easier to see with the eye than on screen. It's incredibly soft and makes for a very elegant finishing touch. I wore this to an event in the winter, and though I expected it to just be pretty, it was in fact quite warm.

Fab wrap! I wore over a gown to a black tie wedding on a chilly November day. EXTREMELY warm (had to remove in the church as my temp skyrocketed!) Very functional and beautiful. As some have noted, it does shed a bit, but nothing too cumbersome. I styled it by laying one side over the other and fastening with a small jeweled broach, was a bit sleeker than fastening it in the front with the hook and eye closure.

Beautiful, delicate, and surprisingly warm! I rented this capelet to wear over a slate blue/gray bridesmaid dress for an October wedding in Chicago and it went together perfectly. It is definitely a signature accessory that will earn you plenty of compliments!

I wore this stole over a bridesmaid dress in Albany in March. It looked cute on, but had signs of wear and tear, and I shed feathers all over the place. It also had a section that had detached from the lining that I had to pin back into place.
