It had been a long time since I got to dress up and have some fun. I felt beautiful and stunning in this dress. I loved the way it glittered and shined in the sunlight. My fiance could not stop commenting on how beautiful I looked.

I was extremely pleased with this dress. The description says "Metallic gold lace", but I'd say it was more like a very pale pink/nude lining under silver lace. I received MANY compliments from the wedding guests, and even compliments from the bride and groom! I have very long legs so I was worried that the dress would be very short, but I was comfortable all night long and didn't feel like it was too short. I probably should have gone with a size 2 just because the waist and top felt a little baggy on me. I believe that the size I requested was an actual 4. I guess I overestimated my size. Overall, I'm happy that I chose this dress and I would recommend this dress for anyone.

I wore this dress to a wedding rehearsal with sheer black tights and black pumps. It was a great silhouette with a fun, understated shimmery lace overlay. I thought it was a little snug under the arms but overall is very easy to fit into because of the full skirt. I'm a little pear-shaped but overall very little elsewhere, so this was a flattering pick. I'd definitely rent it again!

We rented this dress for my 14 year old daughters Winter Formal. It was perfect! She got so many compliments on it and it was so flattering on her. It arrived on time and was a piece of cake to wrap up, place in the supplied envelope and pop in the mail box the next day. We will definitely be renting again :-)

This dress was perfect for a winter's night wedding I went to in the city. It was super flattering and classic but still really stylish and I got loads of compliments all night (even was told I was the best dressed guest there!). The size 0 fit perfectly, which is my standard size in nearly all clothes. It was a good length, hitting a few inches above the knee, and was super comfortable -- even after a huge dinner and hours of dancing! Overall I would rent this dress again in a second and would definitely buy it given the chance! You won't regret this one. As another reviewer commented on below, the silver overlay does have some delicate threads that catch easily so I would not suggest jewelry or clutches that might snag!

RTR is amazing! I got a couple of little samples that made getting my dress even more exciting! I got the 4 and 6, but went with 6 because it was more comfortable. I was worried because have really wide hips, but I fit into the 4 just fine while my normal jean size is 6 or 8. I dressed it down because my boyfriend wasn't dressed up, but it's very classic and chic.

The dress definitely runs true to size. I typically wear an XS/S/2, and the 2 I wore was perfect. I also got a size 4 to be safe, and am glad I got the size bigger as my back-up, as I don't think I could have worn a 0 comfortably. I'm 5'3" but have a bigger chest (34D), and this was a great option - I looked dressy but still conservative at the wedding I went to. If you're bigger on top, no worries, the dress has plenty of room up there and didn't feel tight at all. The dress does cut above the waist, so if your middle is a worry spot for you, it may not be the most flattering fit. I definitely didn't look the same as the model in the photo :) As for length, it hit about 3 inches above my knees, so it was a great fit. The lace overlay isn't perfectly accurate in the picture. It only lays about an inch at most over the blush-colored bottom layer. I pulled it down once or twice but it wasn't a big issue at all. Finally, the dress has pockets. Need I say more? Overall, I was very pleased with my first RTR experience. I got lots of compliments on the dress and it was the perfect choice for the occasion.

I ordered this dress as a second choice but upon receiving it I could not have been more thrilled with the dress! It runs a little big but i was only able to order my normal dress size so I wore it and the slight oversize was not noticable to anyone but me. This dress is so comfortable and fun to wear! I wore it to my evening bridal shower this past weekend and everyone commented about how much they loved it! If you are considering this dress please go for it, you will not be upset that you did. Rented this dress for Thanksgiving dinner with my boyfriend's family. Very feminine and conservative, which was perfect for the afternoon festivities. Dress hits a few inches above the knee. Plenty of room in the chest, a little snug in the arm holes. The lace is beautiful and is actually silver and beige, while the underlay is pink. Wore it with the Showstopper Earrings by Badgley Mischka and a grey cardigan.

I wore this dress for my rehearsal dinner. It has a beautiful silver lace overlay over a light blush pink lining. I wore the Lady Diana bracelet and sand-colored snake skin print pumps with the dress. I recommend sand, taupe, or silver shoes. When in doubt, order a size larger for a backup. This fabric has absolutely no stretch. I frequently wear a size 10, sometime a 12. The 12 fit me better in this dress.

I loved the sparkle in this dress! I wore it out to the bars after my wedding. I kept all my wedding accessories on & it was the perfect thing to wear for the after party. I would have sized down next time-I wore a 4 and found it big in the waist area. The dress also looked a little worn-like it had been rented many times! Still love it though-I think it's very versatile-would love this one hanging in my closet!

I absolutely loved wearing this dress!!! It was so much prettier than it is in the picture. It is actually a champagne/ blush color and veryyy glittery! It fit perfectly but was almost too short for a charity event. I'm 5'6ish and it was about 2 inches above my knee. The only reason I took a star off was because the lace at the bottom of the dress was kind of messed up. Luckily, it was only noticeable from up close.

Like all Shoshanna dresses, this one hides the bad & emphasizes the good! I'm a little curvy, and these dresses just make your waist look tiny, while hiding any post-baby muffin top. I also find her dresses great for downplaying busty figures. The fabric is silver lace over a pale pink, but the dress photographs silvery. I wore it with some funky black heels that made it a little less precious & got compliments all night!

I loved this dress! It is definitely a lot more blush than it shows up in all of the pictures, but I liked the dress just as much! The lace is very silver, which looks great against the blush. Renting with RTR was so easy, and I would definitely use it again. The one thing that I would say is that when I ordered the dress, my backup size wasn't available, so I was a bit nervous that the dress wouldn't fit, and then I wouldn't have anywhere to go. A couple weeks later, I checked and it said that both my backup size and the size I ordered was availble for my dates, which confused me a little bit. Other than that, I had a great experience with RTR, and I would definitely use it again!

The dress fit pretty true to size, though I probably would have worn the smaller second size had it been available, it was a little loose around the waistline for me, but the classic fit still looked flawless. The length was perfect, hit an inch or two above the knee. The color is definitely more "blush" as the name describes, then it appears in the picture. I was a little concerned when ordering it about how the color would clash at a wedding (can't be upstaging the bride in a white dress) but I rented the dress anyway based on other reviews, well they were right! The dress wasn't white or off white at all, the underlay is very much a pale pink blush color and the lace is silver. A wonderful dress for a formal wedding!

I love this dress. I wear an 8 in this type of dress (fitted in the bust and not fitted in the hips), and this dress fit me just fine. The shell of this dress is much more pink than the picture shows. I thought this dress would have a silver underlay, but it is definitely light pink. The color didn't bother me, but I wasn't expecting a pinky dress. However, the dress I received look a bit worse for wear. I spent about half an hour using one of those fuzz-removers to get the beads off of the dress. So I tried on the dress - fit great! But, the shell underneath the lace overlay was not even! It slipped out in the front above my left left, but no wear else on the dress! As I tried to tape up the shell so it didn't show, I noticed the hem line... the lace on the hem line was very ragged (kind of like how long jeans look when you wear them with flats too much). I was just incredibly disappointed in the quality of this dress.

I didn't quite meet my expections for a sophisticated cocktail dress for the wedding I was attending. It's was more 'cute' then 'dressy'. I was hoping this dress would be more ivory with silver but it was more champagne with silver. The material is on the itchy side but barable to wear with the build in champagne ship. I rented both the 0 and 2 and ended up wearing the '0' - which fit me perfectly except the waist area was borderline tight to breath.

This dress fit true to size. It was comfortable, easy to move in, and didn't flatten my large chest out like dresses cut like this sometimes do. I was worried about the fabric being itchy on my annoyingly sensitive skin, and this wasn't an issue. I dressed it up with nude heels, emerald green earrings, and red lips. I would recommend this dress over and over again.

I ordered both the 10 and the 12 and could have worn either comfortably (I'm usually in between sizes). The dress was the perfect length for my tall frame, and it would fit someone larger than me both in the bust and in the hips because it has a full skirt. The lining is really more of a pale pink. I wore it with gold shoes/clutch, but it would have looked great with silver accessories as well. I also rented the Nicole Miller Star Light Star Bright bracelet from RTR to wear with it, which was perfect because it never snagged on the lace overlay of the dress. It was exactly the right style to bridge the gap between the formal wear of the bridal party and the more casual outfits worn by the guests--I didn't feel over or under dressed at all! This was my first RTR experience and I will definitely be back for more!
