This dress is a must have! I received so many compliments! The color is less light blue a little more of a teal/aqua color. The fit was great. I didn't wear it the way in the picture because it felt a little funky so I left the flaps down. The dress is a little shorter in the front and longer on the sides/back so has a tiny bit of a train. This dress can be worn with the straps over the shoulders or across the chest. I tried it both ways and the vote was that the straps looked better across the chest. The clasp didn't want to stay closed, so I did safety-pin it from the inside to keep it together and it wasn't noticable. The tag also wanted to flop out, but fashion tape easily took care of that. The dress is brighter in person than the picture on the model, but I was pleastantly surprised by that and really loved the turquoise color. I got so many compiments on the dress and really had a hard time sending it back. The skirt was so flowy and fun to dance in. I think I have a fairly normal-proportioned body, soI wouldn't recommend this for someone with a short torso so that there isn't extra fabric above the waist.

This dress is a fantastic color! The neckline can be confusing, but the two pieces on the neck are supposed to go around the neck and hang on the back of the dress. It felt a little large on me in the bust even though I do have a larger cup size. I would recommend this dress for someone with a longer torso, so the material does not bunch above the waist. I tried on the 2L and had on about a 3 inch heel so I would normally go with the regular. Length chart is accurate! Great for the summer!

this dress was a really pretty aqua, not the soft blue shown on the model. although this dress was really pretty, it did have some problems. the hook and eye closure does not stay closed, and the tag in the back has to be held down with fashion tape. other than that i LOVED the dress! im usually a size 4, but the size 4 was kinda big, i could have gone with a 2L.

Dress was pretty, lightweight, and breezy. Would be perfect for a summer wedding. The straps are interchangeable (either down in this photo) or up like on the model. The bright color and uneven hem (longer on sides and shorter in front/back) made it a little too casual for my event (running a black tie gala for work) so I wore my alternate dress.

I wore this to my best friend's wedding and got a ton of compliments. It's surprisingly Hollywood. The only thing is the color is not as shown, which was a bit disappointing. On the site it looks like a pale seafoam color, but in reality its much brighter and closer to turquoise.

Everything about this dress is super elegant, lovely, and attention-getting. I got so many compliments on the color and style at our semi-formal affair. It's true that most people wear black; this dress stands out in the crowd without being overly flashy. Details on this absolutely gorgeous dress: --The color is brighter than in the model's picture. It is quite bright mint. --The pleated skirt moves beautifully as you walk or dance. There is an under-layer skirt that goes just to the knee, so the bottom-half is not see-through but still feels very light and breezy as you move. Also, I got the long size and the measurements listed are accurate-- it is long! I wore 3 inch heels (and am 5'7") and parts of the skirt hem were touching the floor. The front corners of the skirt are longer than at the center so you don't trip when you walk. --The top looks quite different from the way the model in the picture wore it. The wide fabric pieces that she wears over her shoulders did not ley that way on the dress when I received it; they were pressed to go across my bust and around to the zippered-seam in the back. Absolutely gorgeous tailoring and quite flattering for a smaller bust, but definitely not the same as pictured. --You can only wear a strapless bra with this dress. --I needed to tape the back of the dress to my upper back so that it wouldn't lift off of my back as I moved (but I have a small bust, so maybe the taping wouldn't be needed with a larger bust). --This dress really highlights shoulders and arms. --I wore deep blue drop earrings and a gold cuff; these pieces of jewelry went really well with the color and style.

The color of the dress was much greener than is displayed on the website, which is more of a mint/sea foam ,WAY disappointed.

This dress fit big overall, especially at the top for me (I am pear shaped). I would have needed a very padded bra to be able to pull this off! I loved the skirt though, it would be perfect and fun to wear dancing at a wedding, and the hemline shows off your cute heels too. The color is a very bright turquoise, not the misty aqua shown on the model. Super pretty and great for spring/summer.

I wore this dress to a prom, and it was just formal enough. It is brighter than in the picture on the model (more of a turquoise) and fit true to size - relieving, since I have difficulty finding dresses that fit me. I was expecting to wear the straps like they appeared on the model - over the thin halter and forming the dramatic back - but did not because the dress had darts that made it appear like I was not wearing a bra (it reminded me of the effect of the darts on Anne Hathaway's 2013 Oscar dress, for comparison). I was advised by RTR to wear 4 inch heels, and I did, but the dress was still quite a bit too long; I actually held a great deal of material over my arm for most of the dancing, and the dress still appeared to be full-length. I worried more about others stepping on the dress than me stepping on it, though, because the hemline is shorter in the front than on the sides and in parts of the back. I did notice that the zipper poked out a little on the back and did not lie with the line of the back of the dress. There is a built-in slip that goes to about the knees and is often clingy, and the rest of the dress is translucent. It is light and breezy - perhaps more fitting for late spring or summer than for early spring - and I never had to make adjustments throughout the night. I found that the dress looked far better in person than in pictures - expect the dress, when photographed, to look like the dresses in the photos posted of customers but to look nicer in person. The difference between the slip and the rest of the dress is also far more pronounced in pictures than in person. Overall, I never had to worry about the dress looking nice, but had to hold up the bottom constantly and was very disappointed in how it turned out in pictures, looking much cheaper and shinier than it looked in real life. If only it could have been immortalized as the lovely dress it is!

The color was nice but it was not flattering on my figure. Would look best on long lean figure.
