It came with the tags, and I sent it back with the tags. Too short.

At first I was annoyed that I ordered a small and got a medium, but once I put it on I'm glad they sent a medium. (Thumbs up to RTR.) The top of the dress fit well. The legth was an ok short in the front, but a not so okay short in the back. I'm about 39.5" in the hips, which in my opinion is not too big -- i have a shape but I wouldn't call myself voluptuous. When my husband saw me try it on, he was like "uh, if you wear that you better hope you don't have to go up or down any stairs...I can see everything." I think what took away from the dress is the "flowiness" of the skirt (if you will) -- for that length I would prefer the hem to be close to my body. The pattern on the dress was really cute, and I think it would look great on someone else.
