I loved how I looked and felt great in my dress all night.

It fit beautifully. Comes in at the waist and fits a larger bust. Very comfortable and supportive. Did not have to worry about it all night (prom for 4 hours) and never once felt uncomfortable. Runs a little long, but I do have very short legs. Thick straps great for wear with bra, but is supportive enough to be worn without one.

I rented this dress for my prom, and I got about a million compliments! No one else there had a dress even remotely similar to mine, and everyone was truely blown away. You could tell this dress had been worn many times. The zipper was pretty tough to get to work but I made it happen. Also, there was plastic parts on the top of the dress which gave it the tight look, but those parts ending up poking me all night! I then had to put bandaids where it poked me so it didn't hurt as much. But, beauty is pain am I right? I am 5'5 and wore flats, and the dress fit great for length! Overall, the dress was breath-taking and was everything I expected and more! If you are considering this dress I would definitely go for it!

I loved this dress. Wore it to a black tie NYE party, and it was great. The straps look great, but since I'm younger, I decided to tuck in one of the straps and make it a one shouldered dress. You could't even tell! I don't think the dress was too long, with heels. I got the regular size and it was fine. My mom also rented a Badgley Mischka dress for the occassion as well and was extremely satisfied. Money well spent!

I wore this dress to a prestigious country club event. This dress was true to size except runs very long. I am 5'6", 135 lbs and wore modest heels. The train is also very long so I draped it over my arm when walking around a room to avoid anyone from stepping on it- which was easy and not a big deal. The dress was clean, in good condition and ready to wear. I was very satisfied!

Overall I loved the dress. It was elegant, comfortable and decent. The few negatives were: the shoulder straps where longer than necessary, at least for me. The dress had static, which I fixed by wearing a slip. Also if you are planning on dancing the part hanging on the back, the "tail" can be on the way, I wrapped it around my waist when dancing and it looked just fine.

It fit well overall, slightly too big for me in the bust and the straps are long so I needed to use fashion tape to hold it up, but the structure of the bodice worked for that. Got so many compliments, it was comfortable and elegant.

I'm have a tall, anthletic body type. I ordered the dress in a 4L, the length was great (even with 3inch heels for me which is amazing!) but the banding around the rib cage was WAY too tight. Fit through the hips, waist, etc but just not around the ribs.

I wore this dress to a black tie wedding and I received a lot of compliments. I liked the thick straps and full coverage of the bust. The dress was too long (3"or so) for my height, even with 5" heels. I had to be careful when walking/dancing and the dress was accidentally stepped on a couple times. :) Also, the dress I wore had a piece of metal boning that broke through its stitching. Unfortunately it was stabbing my side all night. I tried to mend it with some cotton & tape, but it didn't help much.

I agree completely with a previous reviewer (and wish I had paid more attention): This is a beautiful dress, and it fit me well. BUT the dress was too worn out. It had a hole in the sash, and it clearly had been hemmed because it was too short, even with low heels. I also received the dress a size larger, which did not fit, but it had tears in the chiffon that had been repaired. I love this dress, but I think it is time to retire it. I had to go out and buy a dress the day before my event.

Loved this dress! I received MANY compliments. Wore to a black tie event. Length was perfect with mid heels. RTRW called at 3:00 pm day before arrival and said next size up wasn't available. They let me pick another dress which I didn't need as this fit perfectly. Was very pleased I rec'd both dresses before 10:00 am the NEXT DAY. Excellent service!

This dress is beautiful on top but I was very upset with the condition of the dress and the length is obviously an issue. I received it 2 days before my event and as you see in the picture it is TOO LONG even for the model. This is something I should have noted. In addition, it came in a small package which wrinkled the material as well the bottom hem was obviously torn at previously and had to be repaired. Not only the sheer overlay of the dress but the hem of the lining was also repaired in the past but it was done so poorly that it would embarrass you if anyone saw it. The dress was too long to be able to walk even with 4 inch heels. I was very upset because I truly hoped that this would have been a good experience and an opportunity to rent several dresses in the future, but unfortunately it causes me to believe that the condition of the dresses will not be what I am looking for when I am going to a black tie event. The dress is as beautiful as it looks online, but there is no way that a person that is 5'6 and with 4 inch heels could wear the dress comfortably which was evidenced by the tears in the hem. I sent it back prior to the event and looked for something on short notice. Not good.

The day before my event, RTR called me to tell me that this, my chosen dress, had not been returned by the previous renter and I had to choose another. To their credit, they did offer me any dress available and spent an hour or so on the phone going through my choices with me. The dress I very luckily ended up with was lovely. But the choosing process was extremely frustrating and slow, and when I went with a dress that cost only $75 to rent, I had to ASK for the difference to be refunded to me, at which point I was told "We usually don't do that...but okay." Great concept, RTR, but the customer service needs work.

This is a pretty dress but way too long. In high heels I am close to 6 ft tall and this dress was still too long. The length made it extremely uncomfortable to wear. In addition, the dress was sent to me by RTR with a three inch slit in the lining so my right heel got stuck all night long. Very disappointed.

Wore this to a black tie event and it worked out great. The size 4 fit me perfectly but with room to spare in the chest (I didn't wear a bra.) The two thick straps were a bit much for me and I wanted to wear a necklace, so I actually tucked one of the straps into the dress and wore it as a one-shoulder dress. You couldn't tell at all! Very comfortable dress, aside from a few mishaps with people stepping on the small train.

I wore this as a bridesmaid's dress and felt like it wasn't stealing the bride's show but I was definitely a show stopper :) You don't need a bra.
