This dress was very pretty and perfect for my coworker's outdoor wedding. I loved the color and it looked really great on. The fit IS large, and I was glad I read the reviews. I normally wear a 4, and sometimes a 6, but I ordered a 4 with a back up size of a 2. The 4 just hung on me, and the elastic waist was too large and did not fit to my body. Luckily the 2 fit perfectly and was very flattering. The only negative is that the material is light and not lined, and I found that the dress did wrinkle easily (when I sat in the car for an hour). Overall, it was a great experience, and I loved wearing this dress.

This dress was a big hit for a night out with my college friends. The color was much more vivid and prettier in person than pictured--perfect for my coloring. I took away 1 star because every Rebecca Taylor dress I've had or tried on fits differently. This one would have been even more stellar if I'd gone down a size, but the last RT dress I tried in a 0 was skin tight.

Obsessed with this dress the moment I tried it on at Nordstrom. Then saw it on here and ordered it immediately! Got so many compliments. The color is amazing. Wish I owned it! Perfect for a summer wedding! Usually I don't have any curves, but this dress makes me look like I do. I would say order a size down...

I rented this dress for an outdoor event. Our weather was rather nasty, so I don't have any photos of it unfortunately. The color is absolutely gorgeous, and it's very airy and flowy. However, my dress was a little too flowy up top. It may have had something to do with the dress stretch fabric around the waist being stretched out more than it probably should have been. I am normally a true size 6, but I should have gone to a 2 for this one. It was so loose up top at one point I had a slight wardrobe malfunction. It was no Janet, but embarrassing none the less,. So if you're renting be sure to secure with some dress/double sided tape.

I almost always rent two dresses for events to be on the safe side. I didn't pick this dress, however I loved it. It was adorable and my fiance loved it too. Hopefully I'll have another reason to rent it again and get to wear it.

Fun and Flirty!

I rented this for an outdoor work event and LOVED it! All day I kept getting complimented on the color (which is more of a periwinkle) and cut of the dress. Very thin silk, (NOT see through though!) so make sure to wear nude seamless undergarments. My only (tiny) gripe was that the 8 was slightly big, but because of the smocking to show off my waistline, it still looked great. Size 6 would have been perfect, but they didn't have any in stock.

I recently wore this dress to a outdoor summer wedding and couldn't be more happy with my selection. I feel that this dress looks much better in person than in the pictures on this website. Material: The dress is light and flowy, perfect for warm evenings. I did wear a slip underneath, because the dress is a bit sheer. It's not lined at all. I didn't have any trouble with static or it being clingy. Fit: I am 5'9", 130lbs and very straight-figured. I normally vary between a size 2 and 4 in dresses. The 2 in this dress fit me, but was a little shorter than I wanted. The 4 was much looser and longer, and draped nicely on my frame. A tad big in the bust area, but not noticeable. The length was great, hit just a couple of inches above my knees. I was comfortable all night long in this, even after eating, drinking and dancing. Did not have to adjust myself at all like with some dresses. In fact, I didn't think about it at all. Which is saying a lot. I got many compliments. Overall, great dress. Simple, classy and lovely color. My only (small) complaint it the smocked waistline. On me, it fell right above my stomach. So right below the smocked part, it seemed to emphasize my belly, especially after eating. Probably not noticeable to anyone except me, but still.

I loved this dress. I wore it to a spring wedding with some nude strappy sandals. It's really beautiful and the picture doesn't do it justice. My one gripe is that I forgot to put lotion on my legs before leaving and it was super-staticky!! Other than that, great dress!
