Overall fit: True to Size
I ordered the 4 and the 6 and the 4 fit perfectly ( I've lost weight recently and wasnt sure my size, but I would say the dress fit true to size). The material was a little thinner than I expected and a little worn, but I guess that's to be expected if it's been rented a bunch of times before. The dress was comfy and really cute and looks great in pictures.
However, this was my 1st time renting from RTR and I was a little disappointed in the timeliness of the service. I rented the dress for my bridal shower out of town and expected it Wed before I left town on Thurs. I kept calling the customer service and was told the dress was on it's way, but after waiting 2 1/2 hours, I figured it wasnt coming that day and was sooo upset. The courier finally delivered the dress at 10:45pm that night! I was so happy to get the dress, but very stressed that it didnt come until so late and I had a flight the next day so I had no idea if it would show up or not.
I was happy with the product, but the experience stressed me out, I want to order from RTR again but I will have to plan very carefully...unfortunately the only time I prob would rent a dress is for a special occasion out of town, so I'll have to decide if it will be worth it next time. I will say the customer service people were very nice and said they are changing their couriers soon.
