I was dying to wear these. They are the only really contemporary, big, gold, non-rhinestoney earrings RtR has. Unfortunately, 85 minutes before UPS was to pick them up to ship to me, I received an email from RtR to say that they were too damaged to send, and if I didn't call back before 6pm EST, they'd pick something else for me. Now, WHY WHY WHY would you replace these gold hoops with rhinestone flower dangling earrings set in bronze? They did not even remotely come close to matching the style of my dress, or the other jewelry that was sent to me because my entire order was "out for repair". How did they not know before that they were out for repair? Don't they have a computer to keep track of that as the damaged jewelry comes back from other members? Seems like someone dropped the ball to me.
