Ordered this dress for my boyfriend's company holiday party. The dress code was cocktail attire. The dress is strechy and fits very flattering at the waist. I was afraid it might be a little short, but it was mid thigh on me. I highly recommend it!

Way too tight in the chest . . . I tried on a 38 and 40 - was a very pretty dress up just did not fit well. Seems like all of my experiences with Rent the Runway are bad :(

I wore this dress for a big interview I had at a fashion company in nyc. I'm so glad I did! It showed off my curves and style but was still conservative with the chiffon collar and longer in length. the model makes the dress look short, it hit me about 1-2 inches above my knee. I felt confident and strong during the interview!

Great dress for a fancy dinner at an upscale restaurant filled with more senior adults. I would describe the dress as conservative, but it is a bit short, even for me, and I'm 5'2". The dress hit me mid-thigh. I counterbalanced by wearing dark hose, and it was fine. I loved the belt, and of course, the beautiful design in the back. The material is fairly thick, so it works well for fall/winter. Loved the ruching and sheerness in the front and back. Keep in mind that just as RTR says, the dress does run small, so definitely size up for your backup. The 38 (US 0) on me was pretty tight. This was my first RTR experience, and I will certainly be doing it again. The process was easy, and the dresses arrived on time, freshly dry-cleaned and in great shape.

This dress was amazing! I wore it to a work Christmas party and it was perfect; a little sassy, classy and very cute. I got tons of compliments and felt awesome. I was afraid it might be too short, but it was very appropriate for a work event and it fit beautifully, even in the smaller size I ordered. It is the perfect "little black dress" with a little flair on the back with the detailing on the skirt. I highly recommend this dress!

Wore it for an engagement party and got a lot of compliments. It's kind of sexy by showing your curves, yet classic by not revealing too much legs or upper body. It's a little tricky to put on with the side zipper, which is why its runs a little small, but doesnt feel tight or uncomfortable. I would re-rent it.

I wore this for my law school graduation. It fit perfectly. I felt sexy yet sophisticated.

This dress runs small in the bust and larger in the hips. However, the roomy hips didn't show at all because the dress is so well made. A classic for a special evening.

This dress looked great and I got a lot of compliments. One thing that wasn't great was the piece of free-flowing fabric which hangs down in the back exposed a bit of the underlying beige fabric. I had a few people come up and tell me that something was showing from underneath the dress...but overall, it looked very nice.

The BACK of this dress is the show stopper! Can hardly see it in pix, but it's so cool! My size in this was too tight in the bust to zip completely on the side. Also if you are LONG WAISTED like I am, this dress is not for you. The waist & hips of the dress were about 4 inches too high, and butt of this dress was in the middle of my back! Great thing about the dress though is that the sheer part on top is actually lined so you can wear a bra with straps & they'll be hidden.

I wore this to a wedding, and loved it. Comfortable and adorable. I got both sizes 4 and 6, but I ended up being a 6. That's what I used to be, but sizes seem to be smaller in the US, so I'm normally a 4 here. So I would size up.

Love this dress! It is the perfect mix of sexy and sophisticated. Not for clubs or Vegas, but great for a fancy dinner when you want to look elegant but not boring. The fabric is thick and hugs the body. The top is fairly small. I have a small bust and often wear size 4, but the armholes on this wouldn't fit in 4 so I'm wearing the 6. Still a great dress and I may rent it again.

i like the back design of this dress. hugs the body so shows off curves. however, it covers the contours of shoulders so it made my arms stand out thus making them appear bigger. probably would have been ok if it weren't for the foul smell of the fabric.

This was actually my second choice dress, but I loved it more than the Milly dress I thought I would wear. It's really flattering. I wore it to a wedding and received a ton of compliments. It's simple but elegant and fit really nicely. I was really happy with it and would rent it again. It ran small, so I would recommend ordering up.

I am *almost* always a size 2, but decided to wear the size 4 - good thing we can order two sizes! - because though the smaller dress was wearable, it was a bit tight around the hips and VERY snug around the boobs (though I am a C - D cup). This is a very classic / classy dress, but the stretch gives it some added sexiness that you can't see in the picture. I agree with the other members who said that the front looks a little bit boring / conservative, but the back definitely makes up for it. Perfect dress for a cocktail event and I got a lot of compliments (especially from the guys who did a double take after catching the back)

Loved this dress. Perfect for work events- sexy yet still professional. I will likely rent again. Great for shorter women.

Did not end up wearing it because it was not as "fun" as the other dress I got (Halston Sequin Dress). Fairly conservative dress--the best part is the back. The front is fairly plain. Would rent again if I found the right event. Beautiful fit.

WOW!! Wore it to the Finale of Chicago Fashion Week and was stopped by three people who loved it!! Great dress! Fit is great, the fabric makes it a very wearable piece, and I will probably rent it again because of the way it made me look and feel!

I wore this to fashion week and felt like a million bucks! It has stretch & gives you an hourglass figure. The sheer bit has lining, so no bra issues!
