I had the 2 and 4 delivered. The 4 seemed to be a bit longer and seemed a lot larger than the 2. I could tell by the inside that the 2 had been washed many more times and the 4 seemed new, so it is possible that the 2 had shrunk some since the 4 seemed much bigger. I thought the color was beautiful and it was very comfortable. If you are a full c cup or larger you will probably find the top too small in the 2. It fit me fine but I am kind of between a b and c.

I rented this dress as a back up for my event. Thank goodness I did because I ended up wearing this one! The material is very tight and sticks to your body - so I would recommend getting a size up as a back up just in case. The dress made my body look AMAZING and is very flattering to curves! I wish I owned this dress!

This dress was really tasteful yet sexy.Also it is much more impressive in person than it looks in the stock photo on the website. It has a lot of stretch and is super comfy. I wore spanx but they are not necessary as the ruching is brilliant at diverting the eyes from any unsightly areas. I could have gone with the eight as it accommodated my boobage a bit better but I liked how the 6 hugged my figure. I love the length because it balances out the strapless top and cleavage. This dress comes with little padding inserts in the chest area and is also sturdy if you dare to go bra-less. It is a beautiful navy and has a sheen to the fabric that really catches the eye. It is the fabric that makes this dress. Overall I loved this dress!!

I normally wear a size 4 in other dresses but a size 6 in Nicole Miller. I rented a 6 and it fit great! I rented this dress last-minute for a city wedding and it was perfect! Didn't have to worry about it falling down while dancing and was very comfortable to wear. Pretty, dark navy, metallic color.

I'm a little small on top, but it helped slim down my waist and put everything in the right proportions. Wish I could keep it.

I wore this dress to a formal, winter wedding. It had enough structure and support in the bodice to support the ladies, even though it's strapless. Beautifully form-fitting and I loved the color. This is a dress I'd rent again in a heartbeat for a cocktail party or another formal event.

I love this dress. I am tall and curvy. I felt like this dress hid any areas that needed to be and showed off the areas that were ok to show.

I loved this dress!!! I rented two dresses from RTR, this one and another Nicole miller. I decided on the other, but it was a seriously tough decision. This dress is gorgeous and super flattering. I think that over time it may have stretched out, hence why earlier reviews say it runs small. I think it runs large. I am usually a 6 in new Nicole Miller but in this I was easily a 4. There is a ton of stretch in the dress so if you want a tight fit, go for the 4. The color is also pretty amazing, really flattering and a nice change from the normal black. The best part was despite being strapless this dress really stayed in place when I moved around when deciding which dress to wear. It's also a nice length for girls who don't want to show too much leg. Order this dress!

I'm typically about a size 8 and I wore the size 8. I can sometimes pull off a 6 and other times I do a 10. Bust is about 39, Waist is 29 and Hips are 40.5.. I also took the 10 as the additional size, but the 8 was perfect. I felt secure in it all night and had lots of compliments. I was too busy to take pictures at my event, but my man took this of me at his place afterwards.

First time rental and unbelievably happy with the results! I don't want to boast, but the reality is that this dress made me look better than almost everyone else at the wedding, besides the bride herself! I'm 5'10" and I usually wear a size 6 or an 8. I'm very fit, and fairly muscular and I wear a size C cup. The 6 and the 8 both fit me, the 6 felt a little more secure around the top (I hate to keep tugging up the top of a strapless dress), but I jumped up and down and the 8 stayed up perfectly well too. And the 8 was a full inch longer than the 6, so I felt it more appropriate for the occasion. The 8 ended up hitting at about 2 inches above the knee, and the heels I wore were about 3.5 inches so that was fine. Don't be shocked and dismayed when you pull this out of the package because it looks like it would fit a midget. The stretch fabric is PERFECT once you actually put it on, and the big bonus is that you can literally ball it up and put it in a suitcase and NOTHING will happen to it. The fabric seems virtually indestructable! It's a very beautiful color of navy blue, a slightly richer blue than you see in the photo because of the texture of the fabric. It's very classic, very elegant, very sexy, very flattering. I wore it with a muted, burnished gold strappy sandal and I loved the way the shoe disappeared on my leg, leaving the dress to be the focus. Because of the allover ruching and slight sheen of the fabric, I felt like everything else needed to be toned down and understated - streamlined muted gold sandal, sleek, low ponytail, yellow topaz briolette - diamond - gold short dangle earrings. My husband's (and several other husbands) jaw dropped when he saw me. Thank you RTR!! I may never buy another dress again!

Love love love this dress. Wore it to a fancy dinner out and received many compliments. Fabric stretches, and the ruching is great for hiding any trouble areas. Sophisticated and sexy.

It's hard to say. I am usually a 4 and would have been more comfortable in a 6. Years back I bought a Nicole Miller dress in a 2 & fit perfectly. So its hard to give advice on size. I would definitely say this dress does NOT run large, but either just right or small, so I'd size up. LOVED it!!! Had compliments all night! Flatering design. One thing I did not like, and perhaps its because I'm shorter- it was pretty long, almost to knees, which was fine, BUT the back (right above the but) would bulge out at the zipper. It was very annoying and a friend had to keep adjusting me all night. Other than that, this was an awesome experience. Thanks RTR!

I wore this dress to my sisters wedding as a biridemaid dress! It fit like a glove! I love this dress and had a hard time sending it back! this is a very figure flattering dress, classy yet sexy! i got lots of compliments and would reccomend this dress to any size!

First time rental, and I'm in love. I needed a dress for a blacktie wedding, didn't want to spend too much money, and found this dress to be so worth it. I got a 4 and a 2 to be the back up - actually ended up wearing the 2 because the dress had a lot of stretch, and even though the 4 fit as well, there seemed to be too much fabric with the ruching. The 2 was SO comfortable. The bust is padded (removable) so I didn't even need a bra (at 34C), and was not afraid of exposing myself at all. This is the dress you can actually eat and drink in and not feel self conscious about the tummy area! It showed off my curves and I felt so confident in it. The material is not too shiny, nor was it too metallic or navy. It's a very dark navy and is very flattering on fair skin. The dress came up to right above my knees (like the model). I thought it was really classy, but still cocktail-y, without exposing too much leg. Overall this dress is a 5 for me!

Very flattering, but runs a little big. Be sure to get one AND two sizes smaller.

This dress was very cute on.. The color however is completely different in person, it is very blue. I received many compliments on it!
