Beautiful dress. Nice alternative to a sequin dress, but still has sparkle. Would rent this again in a heart beat. It is a bit short, but I was able to wear tights and felt covered.

I've rented a few dresses from RTR before but this is the only one I'd seriously consider buying. It was SO comfortable and it didn't "ride up" at all! I wore it to my company's 15th anniversary party and it was absolutely perfect. I'm pretty "straight and narrow" but I have some hips. The 0 fit perfectly, though. It was a smidge short but I was more than fine with that because the dress itself is so beautiful. The cap sleeves and high neckline balance out the shortness of the dress. If you don't rent this work of art you're nuts! Oh, and I love the name. I definitely felt like I could lead an army in this dress ;) Oh, and that's my friend/coworker in the pic with me. I think we were sisters in a past life.

Almost anyone could pull this dress off... I have a small bust and tiny yet high waist and, although i would have liked the waist to be a bit tighter, it fit almost perfectly. The neck line defiantly looks better with hair up. The shape of the dress is amazing. The capped sleeves and bell bottom are adorable. Its so easy to move and dance in. The bottom half fit me perfectly, I have a big behind and slightly widened hips and this dress was the perfect compliment to my body. The patterns and different colors of metallic are beautiful. This dress is classic. I ordered the 0 and 2, and ended up wearing the 0.

As other reviewers described, this dress runs large. I normally wear a size 2. I am 4'11 and 107 lbs and the size 0 fit perfectly. This dress was awesome! Simple and beautiful and very comfortable for dancing at a wedding reception. I had so many compliments. Great dress, great experience with RTR. I'll be renting again in the future...

I wore this dress to a friend's wedding and pretty much every woman I spoke to complimented the dress - and even some men made a point of complimenting the dress. My husband absolutely loved it. It was sexy, but still classy. The length was great even though I am petite, and the fit was flattering for my waist section, which is not as thin as I would like! I would definitely rent this one again.

I wore this dress in Las Vegas and I HIGHLY recommend it! It was beautiful and well-made - I barely even noticed the sequins and those are usually uncomfortable. I will note that it is pretty short, but it's a party-appropriate length. The other dress in my photo is also a RTR dress, great things to say about that one too! This Dress is even more gorgeous in person!! My photo isn't that great but being the creator/director of an event and I was on the move constantly- this dress was super comfortable and glam without being over-the-top. I am a bit on the short side so the length was perfect!! I needed very little accessories as the dress spoke for itself! I ordered the size 2 and it fit perfectly, even though I would like to see how the 0 felt because I thought that the dress could have been slightly more fitted. But overall, it was really fabulous!!! I would definitely recommend this dress to anyone who wants to be comfortable for a long event! Made my evening!!!

I absolutely loved this dress. The sequins have a matte finish that catch the light nicely. The fit was good. I went with the smaller size (8) because the other (10) had too much fabric bulging across the shoulders. The dress is called mini but on my 5'5" curvy body it was just at finger tips. Sitting, however, was a different story. My event was a charity fundraiser which included lots of dancing and the dress was comfortable.

I was afraid that this dress would run small so I opted to rent the 2 and the 4 and it worked out because the 2 fit perfectly. However, if I could go back, I would order the 0 and the 2 because the 4 was way too big. This dress does fit true to size so if you are wondering to go one up or one down I would say go one down. The length was great. The detailing was the perfect compliment to the more conservative cut of the dress. This whole dress was awesome.

This dress is GORGEOUS. It really stands out - sequins, patterns, shimmer and all. I loved the cap sleeves, and the fit was perfect. It's short, which worked fine for me, as I'm on the shorter side. I've never received so many compliments on a dress before; the mother of the bride singled me out to tell me she thought my dress was the most beautiful dress of the evening! The only downside is the sequins are a bit sharp - my arms were scratched up by the end of the night. Not perfect for comfort, but great for glam!

Just like a wearable piece of art. Gorgeous details. Not too flashy, incredibly elegant. I would love to own this piece someday! The hem fell just around my mid thigh, very similar to the model pictured here. Was a little tricky to gracefully enter and exit a sports car (low to the ground with deep seats), but nothing unusual for a mini length dress.

I will start with the only 'negative" thing was small inconvenience detail behind of your upper arm between the bust and arm , nothing really matters to lose the fun and stunnig moment with the dress. looks like million bucks,is chic, retro,very glam, elegant, and I love the fabric and the color. the long is sexy enough but nothing too much or taky. my advice is go for your regular size 100 percent just go for one size biger if you are a little chubby , cause the style of the design however I truly believe this dress is for all types of bodys. was succes and the most admire of the nigth. I love it.!

I thought this would fit more like a shift dress, but the fit was tighter than I anticipated. The larger size (8) was snug -- literally fit me like a glove -- but it wasn't uncomfortable. As I said, this dress has the glamour and the glitz and you will definitely feel beautiful in this dress. I am 5'3", athletic build, about 140. I got a 6 and it fit like a glove, perfect. I got the 4 and 6. As others have said, the dress is a tad short, but I didn't mind at all. I definitely didn't feel uncomfortable with the length. Overall, the fit was great.

RTR was out of size 2, but size 4 fit great. I have big hips and it wasn't tight at all--lots of room for movement. The design is so beautiful & unique. I love the modest coverage on top (you can wear a regular bra). It is short but I'm only 5'5" so I don't mind.

The dress is not too shiny, which makes it more versatile. Wore it on New Years Eve and received a number of compliments. The sequins on the dress is a little scratchy when you put your arms down, but not so much so that it would detract me from renting it again.

I was really excited to wear this dress, and was ultimately disappointed. Rather than shiny as in the photo, it was kind of dull and somewhat cheap--or at least faded/old--looking in real life. Moreover it is SO short that I wasn't comfortable in the dress.

I ordered the 0 and the 2 and was pleasantly surprised with how well the 0 fit - not too tight and not too loose. I'm 5'2 and it hit above the knee, as I had hoped, and I actually wore combat boots with it. My event wasn't as formal, so it was a nice way to offset the gold sequins. It was a little itchy, but I also wore tights with it - so I think that helped. As usual, I got so many compliments, and this is definitely a dress I would rent again. There's nothing like it!

The dress runs about a size too large. Some said there were issues with the sequins scratching your arms while dancing but I didn't have that issue. The sequins aren't your typical ones for a sequined dress; they are more subdued. It is a great dress if you want to sparkle but not steal the spotlight!

Super fun dress for lots of occasions.

I got a lot of compliments and loved wearing the dress. It was a little tight and uncomfortable, but nothing that anybody else noticed. I would def rent again in one size bigger.
