The dress came in the mail wrinkled, so I called the RTR stylists. They were very helpful and said if I needed to get it steamed at the dry cleaners, they would pay for it! That's good to know for future rentals.

This dress is fantastic. I wore it to a friend's birthday on a large sailboat. It stayed up the entire evening, no small feat as I'm rather flat chested. I loved the pockets, the white trim, and how stretchy the dress was. Milly dresses are so comfortable and well made.

The dress is cute for a daytime event (I wore it to a bridal shower I was hosting). I'm typically between a size 10 and 12 and the 12 was even a little snug in the top (I have broad shoulders and/or a broad back), but overall a flattering dress. Got several compliments.

The color is slightly darker than the picture shows, but still pretty. It fit me perfectly, but if you aren't well endowed up top or have a smaller rib cage I would suggest sizing down. I'm 5'10" and it was about 2 inches above my knees! Such a perfect dress for a formal OR informal event.

I wore this dress to a bridal shower and was very happy with it. It created a very polished, classic look and I received tons of compliments for it. It's very fitted and thus on the tight side, so if you're ordering a second size you might want to order a size larger than normal just to be safe.

Pop of color for spring!

Wore this dress to an indoor spring charity event and absolutely loved it. The fit was just right, the length was just right, and the pockets laid flat (I hate it when pockets pooch out on a dress!). Great color with a little bit of a tan, with medium light-weight material for indoors or outdoors. I wore with bright turquoise shoes :)

Kentucky Derby Winner

Wore this, with a big white hat, to a Kentucky Derby Party. Perfect for the party and the Southern Spring weather. The fit was nice, over the course of the day, it did stretch a bit (which was needed after all the mint juleps). I paired it with turquoise jewelry (which looked AWESOME) and nude wedges. I'm very curvy, so I was worried about the white piping and where it would hit me. The piping hit me in all the right places and actually created a sliming effect. I'm also 5'6" and the dress hit my leg at almost the same spot as the model.

DO NOT rent this dress in a size 4. The size 4 I received fit me perfectly, but it was so worn and discolored that I could not wear it to my event. I hope that RTR takes that specific dress out of the rotation so no one else receives it. The yellow was a weird pea-green yellow color and the white trim was more of a faded cream color. Like the dress had been worn too much or washed/dry cleaned with a darker color garment. I have loved the other 4 dresses I have rented from RTR, this dress was just a huge disaster!
