I wore this for my law school graduation. It was perfectly dressy, classic, understated, and fabulous.

Dress fit perfectly and was great for a family holiday party. Not too short, and not too deep of a v-neck - I'm an athletic shaped b-cup and didn't need any fashion tape or anything to keep everything in place. Great dress.

A little sparkle in the fabric makes this great for the holidays! Very flattering cut - especially with the bow belt. There is a cute slip that is underneath the dress that helps keep it not too revealing when you have a larger bust.

This was the perfect pick for my BFs holiday luncheon. Great color and the mettalic thread in the fabric gave it a fun festive feel. Easily transitioned from a midafternoon firm uncheon in a modern urban restaraunt to drinks in the early evening. I am a curvy yet petite girl and the 0 fit perfectly. Photos don't do this dress justice, that satin bow belt is so adorable. Demure and ladylike yet still feminine and sexy. Paired with the Kate Spade Gold Monet Clutch. Would rent again. . .

It has a little sparkle but not too overstated. Loved this, Fits well and gives enough room so that it is not tight around your bumm. Loved it - would get again.

Wore this dress for annual Christmas Eve family dinner. Loved the look especially the subtle sparkle! Wore the 12 even though I'm usually a 10 for a better fit, but maybe it was it was just too many cookies! ;)

Simple - cute holiday dress.

This dress was beyond cute! I loved it. It was just right, and it was very comfortable. RTR sent me a size 10 belt which didn't work but I just got a cute belt somewhere else and it worked like a charm.

I wore this to a party and it had just enough pizzazz to it. The dress was comfortable and fit true to size. It was a little low cut for me (I have a large bust and don't like to wear things too low cut) but that was easily fixed with a camisole underneath. Loved the dress and got a lot of compliments.

It was true to fit and comfortable enough to dance, sit and wear through the evening!

It is a beautiful dress! A little tight at the ribs so I wore a 2 instead of a 0. It's a little more sparkly than it looks in the photo.

One of my sizes didn't even include the belt. Without the belt the chest area would gape open. A little shorter than I expected, but really cute tweed fabric.

I rented this for my rehearsal dinner and got tons of compliments! I wore some funky stockings with them, the front was sheer and the back was more opaque. I paired the dress with fun silver bangles.

I wore this dress for New Years and it looked amazing! Fit perfectly, just be warned that the slit in the front can flop open a bit if you a dancing a lot. Is fairly low cut. Loved it!

I rented this dress for my work holiday party and it was perfect! Modest enough for a work party but sparkly and fun as well. I usually wear a 4, so I was really glad that I ordered one size down. Overall a great dress!

This dress was really cute. It is big in the bust for someone who is on the smaller side. I really like the cool sparkle effect without the sequins, but I found the dress to be really itchy. Other than that, it was very adorable!

Great dress! This dress is a great combination of class, sparkle, sexy, and just plain girly fun. Wore it to a wedding a received many compliments. I would say it runs true to size. I'm 5'2, 115lbs and wore a 0. Enjoy!

I loved this dress!!! I ordered the 4 and 6 and ended up wearing the 4. The fit was perfect on top and maybe a tiny bit blousey on bottom, but I liked the way it looked. I also wore it with black panty hose and suede black platform pumps. It was perfect for the event I attended. The dress is sheer (though not very sheer) and has a spaghetti strap slip underneath. This dress would be great for a holiday work party. Be careful if its windy out, the dress will definitely blow up!

I paired this dress with black patterned tights (much like the model in the photo) and black patent leather pointed pumps. The dress was extremely comfortable throughout the night - I could eat, drink, and dance without worry. The deep V is remedied by a built in navy tank that barely shows but is there for coverage. The belt was a cute addition to the dress.

If you are looking for something conservative enough for a work event but still fun this is exactly that. I would recommend going one size down for the back up dress. It pretty much looks exactly like the picture in person, my only complaint is that the material is a tiny bit itchy but nothing noticeable enough to keep me from wearing it!

The fabric of this dress was great for a fall wedding, and the sparkle was much more than I had expected (in a good way!). It was just the right length for my height. However, both sizes I received of this dress seemed to have gotten a lot of wear with visible fraying, a broken belt, etc. Beware of the belt on this dress: RTR sent the wrong belt sizes, and the belt loops are hard to disguise without it.

The belt really gives this dress shape and prevents it from being too conservative. The v-neck can be somewhat revealing - you might want to pin it. Milly is making this dress again in 2011 in purple with a thinner belt but the navy and wider belt from 2010 on RTW is gorgeous.

Loved loved loved this dress for my engagment party. I got it in the 2 and the 4 (I am usually a 4) and it fit just perfectly. Zipping near the chest area was a little tight but fine once I got it zipped (I am a 34D). I also noticed that there was a small hole in the seem under the right arm. I did my best to close it up with fashion tape. I wish that I would have noticed it before I left the house! Overall, loved it and got a lot of compliments :)

Extremely large in the bust. I made it work with some safety pins but it was still a bit of an awkward fit.

In the end, the dress was great: both beautiful and comfortable. I wore the smaller size dress with the belt of the larger size because the second belt I got was of a different size entirely AND broken. I used fashion tape to keep the front together, but I am particularly sensitive about showing cleavage. The length was fine, even at my age. :-)

I rented this dress for an event recently and it was perfect! I'm normally a 2/4 depending on the fit through the chest and this dress fit great in the size 2. I'm 5'5" and thought the length of the dress was perfect (worn with tights) though it might feel too short on someone taller.

GREAT DRESS! The fit was great, and SO flattering. If ordering a second size, I would go down one. I have hips, and sometimes dresses that fit well up top are too tight on the bottom. This was great all over! I got a ton of compliments and felt really comfortable all night! I will definitely rent this dress again.

I loved this dress and got many complements. So sophisticated and lovely. Milly is one of my all time faves. One thing I would note: the cut of the sleeves add a little breadth and square shape to the shoulders, but this isn't at all a bad thing. I'm usually a size 4, and the 4 fit well. As noted in other reviews, the V neck does not plunge too low.

Great dress, a little short maybe for some, but looks great with black hose or tights to not seem so short. I was worried about the v-neck being too low, but not an issue at all.

Perfect dress for attending a graduation! It is classy and yet has a little bit if sparkle in the material that sets it apart from others! The belt totally makes the outfit! It fits true to size. I RECOMMEND!

Loved this dress! I'm 160lb, so I'm no stick and this dress really made me feel like a million bucks! I got the 12 just in case but the 10 fit great. (The arms were a little tight when I reached forward for something, but not unbearable). I received so many compliments from this dress and questions about where I got it. I would rent this dress again!

This dress is amazing! I've rented three times from RTR and this has been my favorite dress by far! The belt cinched my waist and made it look so tiny and the material is perfect year-round and I loved the sparkle that was woven into the fabric. This is an awesome rental!!

I am 5'7" and weight 122 lbs. I usually wear a 2 in Milly and decided to rent both a 2 and 4. Both fit but the 4 was a bit longer on me. Due to the nature of the event I was attending, I decided to wear it. Looking at the other review dates, this dress has been on RTR for a while so it's condition was not the best. Both belts were bent out of shape and there were snags on both dresses. The size 4 even had a 1.5 in slash under the armpit! Since the dress is a dark color, the snags were not too obvious and I decided I would just not be raising my arms all night. I love the dress but the quality was disappointing. If I decide to rent again, I will make sure it's an item that is not so heavily reviewed and therefor, hopefully shows less sign of wear.

Loved the dress. The side zipper was a little difficult to work, however customer service was amazing. Received lots of compliments. Made me look slimmer, hides all flaws. Ordered the bangles which went perfectly with the dress.

I wore this to an evening gala and received many compliments. I'm a short-waisted 5'2" with curves and I thought the bodice part of the dress was a little droopy. The fabric makes a nice sparkly change from a basic LBD. The belt was huge - maybe it was the belt for the larger of the two sizes I ordered (I wore the smaller size). I had to use fashion tape to make it close at an appropriate circumference. All in all, a cute dress for a more conservative event. I probably wouldn't rent it again but would recommend it to someone with a longer waist.

I love this dress and for someone with a small waist and larger chest it is very flattering. Does not reveal too much, which is great. I received many compliments.

Perfect little dress. It is so flattering and comfortable! I LOVED it! I usually wear a size 6 in dresses and 8 in pants, so I ordered both and the 6 fit perfectly. HIGHLY recommend this dress!
