I stood out from the crowd in this bright classy dress!

I rented this dress for a UF game day. The color is a beautiful bright orange and the fit is almost the same as the model. The main downside is that the top of the dress is restricting, while the bottom is too big. The material is thicker than I expected but it makes the dress look classy/sophisticated. Overall, I received compliments but I wasn't comfortable.

I was the orangest person at my reunion! (at a school whose colours are orange and black, so lots of people were in orange :) )

This was a really fun dress. I normally wear a size 4, but I think the 4 (36) wasn't available so I got the 38, which actually fit very well. It was fitted in the waist and the top wasn't huge. I'm fairly small chested so anyone with a large chest might want to size up even more. The fabric has this ribbed texture to it that I didn't notice in the photos (apparently that's what faille fabric is...I didn't know that), which I really liked. It was unique and I also felt it gave the dress leeway to be a bit less dressy if desired. I found the X-shape pleating sewn in at the waist to be necessary to give the dress shape, but it would look weird without a belt covering it. The belt it comes with does look kind of like a karate belt on it's own. I think it works with the dress though and I didn't have any problems tying it. I do agree with the other reviewer that the stiffness of the fabric would make the pleats do weird things and need to be reset sometimes. Not bad enough for me to take a star away though.

The dress just wasn't what I thought it would be like.

I rented this for a really extravagant wedding. I usually stick to the pretty floral dresses but I wanted to go more for the dramatic this time. The top actually has a weird "X" crease in the front that made my chest look awkward and the texture of the dress was annoying because the pleats had to keep getting reset. There really just wasn't any flow to it. The belt also reminded me of a karate belt. I spent a good amount of time trying to get it to look like the model but it still kept sticking up and not laying right. I ended up buying a beaded belt from a consignment store last minute to just add something to it.

Disappointed
Size worn: None
Overall fit: Small

I originally ordered a different dress for my main dress and had to pick a back up at the last minute. Both happened to be from the same designer. This designer did not design dresses for fuller busted women. I usually wear an 8 and I couldn't even zip the 10 over my bust. Sadly, I had to find something in my closet because none of the three dresses fit.

I was sent this dress because another one I ordered was not back from a previous renter. I hated the belt- it looked like a karate belt- but otherwise I loved the dress. I ended up not wearing it but I really did like it (minus the belt). True to size and almost to my knee.
