I've rented this dress before in the cobalt blue, but I decided to go with it again for a wedding because the fit is great and the one sleeve is really fun. I got lots of compliments all night! The only con to this dress is that the color is a much darker teal than shown in the picture - I would've loved for the teal to be as light as it is shown, especially since it was a summer wedding.

I wore this for a wedding in May, so it's been awhile. RTR's website wouldn't let me review it at the time for some reason. I can't remember all of the details except that the dress runs kind of big, so I'm normally a small and wore the XS. I thought about wearing it with a belt, it also looks really good, but decided against it. I got so many compliments on the dress, I was so overwhelmed by it. I felt beautiful and confident and all the while I was comfortable in every way. It wasn't revealing or tight fitting but it fell on my body in a very flattering way. This was my first RTR rental and my first time wearing anything even slightly designer, and I'm glad that I did it. The reason designer clothes are so expensive is because they fit really well and are made of great material. This dress was a great example of that. I highly recommend this to someone of my body type, etc. I loved it! Can't say enough good things. The ONLY negative thing about this dress is that if you're looking for something to fit your body and show all your curves or lack thereof, this is not the dress. It is slimming and flattering and a great dress, just depends what you're looking for.

The dress was a bit longer than the picture led on and ran a bit big. The M was almost too big for me. My only complaint was that the dress's inner lining was of a different material and the neckline folded down a bit to expose that. I paired with a big chunky red necklace though to cover it and I got lots of compliments.

I get so tired of cheap (but expensive!) Halloween costumes I only wear once, so I opted for a RTR dress instead. I was the statue of liberty, and it was a big hit. I recommend ordering one you think will be too small for you. I'm always very nervous about how a dress will show my stomach, but even if it is tight, the drapery will cover that up. It's a lovely grecian dress. I found that the color in the model's photo is much lighter than it is in real life though. It moves well. The dress itself it a little heavy, but SO COMFORTABLE! I'd rent it again.

Length and fit (body) wise, the XS was better for me, however, I ended up going with the S because the XS felt just a bit too tight under the arms. The small was not tight at all, and I wouldn't necessarily say flattering as far as form fitting, but for this occasion I wanted something more loose and fun to dance in. Looked great with gold pumps!

I didn't know what size I was going to be at five months pregnant, so I decided to rent a dress rather than buying one. I was really happy with this dress, as it's very flowy so it leaves room for any belly. The green is a bit darker than shown in the photo on the model.

This was my first time using Rent the Runway and I was extremely impressed! I was out of town for a formal gala and Rent the Runway could not have made the experience any easier. I gave them my hotel information and the dress was delivered to the concierge promptly and with no problems. I received a ton of compliments and felt like a million bucks! The color on this is even better in person. I will say that the dress does run a bit larger, so if you want a more fitted look I would recommend getting a belt. I used a skinny gold belt and it worked perfectly.

I am pear shaped and feel like I am a very hard body type to fit. The other reviews REALLY helped in choosing the right sizes in this dress. I ordered the S & M. Both of the dresses fit really well. If I were going out for a night on the town with girlfriends I probably would have worn the small because it hugged my figure more, but I was going to a country club wedding and felt the medium was more appropriate. I belted it with an antique belt my grandmother gave me to show of my waist. This dress was a big hit and I received quite a few compliments on it. Felt like a million bucks!!! I highly recommend it!!!

The feel and fit of this dress was amazing. It fitted loosely around your middle(nice camouflage) and flowed nicely when you moved. I ordered a large and it fit perfect..no adjusting all night. The color is a darker teal,very pretty. I loved it!

I liked this dress, though it had a strange fit because of all the draping. I could have worn either the M or S, they both fit, but the small seemed to bulge on the sleeveless side strangely (hence the 4 stars), so I wore the M even though it was a little big. Loved this dress! It needs a little something to define your waist for pictures. The fabric was so flowy and comfy - I didn't want to take it off! I spent the night before we left packing my bag with this dress still on. Plenty of room for a big meal, and really shows off arms and shoulders.

As others have said, the dress is actually a darker teal in person - which is actually much much prettier than the color in the online photo. I'm normally a large but the backup medium was a PERFECT FIT -so the dress does run large. I recommend a Spanx slip under this because panty lines do show. I wore one and was line-less. I got so many compliments from everyone at the wedding I wore this to I couldn't believe it - from guests and event venue staff alike. People were stopping me to tell me how beautiful this dress was. I paired it with some handmade feather earrings from an artist on Etsy and a pair of taupey-gray patent leather pumps and it was downright hot and elegant.

As other reviewers have stated, the dress is definitely darker than this picture (darker teal vs turquoise, which is what I see the picture as), but I wasn't disappointed. It runs large, so I would recommend also requesting the size down if possible for comparison. The loose fit was only problematic where it draped down, but the fashion tape provided fixed that easily. All in all, I felt beautiful AND comfortable all night! Unfortunately, I neglected to take a full-shot of the dress until the end of the night and none of us were looking too camera-ready by then ;)

This dress is fantastic! I wore it for my company holiday party. The draping and the cut are so stunning. It's thick and heavy and just feels worth its price. It does run a bit large (likely due to the loose-fitting style of the dress). I'm also somewhat of a redhead (more strawberry blonde) so the rich greenish color really made my coloring look great! It is a much darker teal than it appears in this photo so be mindful of that. On of my photos is only from the chest up but I wanted to show off the draping and pleats on the shoulder.
