Super cute, but less dressy than it appears

This dress was so cute for a bridal shower or barbeque, but not quite dressy enouh for a wedding. Although it looks somewhat shiny in the picture, it is just a plain cotton fabric. Looks more like a simple sun dress. Luckily, the wedding I ordered it for was a casual outside wedding, but I wouldn't order this for anything more fancy than that. Also, I am a 34B and this dress was way too big up top. The 2 wasn't available so I had to stick with the 4, but I had to keep tugging on it all night. Would have been a perfect fit with a 2!

The fit of the dress was perfect. I ordered a 2 and a 0 as backup. I wore the two because it fit my upper body better in order to allow me to wear a bra. There is no boning but I just put some body tape on to help keep the dress up

It fit great- true to size, and it looks exactly like the picture. It's not the fanciest dress, but it dresses up nicely. I thought it was very flattering: the top fit me snugly, and the dress flared out nicely at the waist and came down to mid-thigh on me.

Great dress! Comfortable! Lots of compliments :-) This was my first RTR experience. And I have to admit I was a bit surprised to see it was a cotton dress that arrived, based on all of the pics. However, after a humid night in FL I was certainly glad it was. So comfortable and a great fit. And the stylist I spoke with was a huge help. I will most definitely be doing this again!

This dress was really cute and perfect for my bridal shower. I didn't want to wear your typical ivory dres--save that for the wedding day! It looks like it has a sheen to it in the picture online, but when you get it in person it doesn't. It was very comfortable and very cute!

I originally rented a size 4 but was very tight in the top (probably because of bust size and broad shoulders). It was too tight to wear with a strapless bra. I probably should have picked a 6 in the beginning but based my pick from the pictures of others wearing it. I contacted RTR and they overnighted a new dress (size 6) to the hotel where I was staying for the wedding. I was skeptical that it would make it on time...but it did...and I loved it. The material looks a little shinier in the pictures on the website since it's actually a cotton and not shiny at all. I wore with pink heels and pearls. Great for a wedding.

I wore this to one of my good friend's summer weddings and received TONS of compliments on the bright colors in the flowers. It is a great classic dress that fit well. The only problem that might bother some people would be the wiring in the top. It fit me fine because I am small chested, but I feel like it could bother others. Overall, I loved it!

I wore this to a wedding in May. I would traditionally say I am a 10 but the only available sizes were 8 and 12 and I ended up wearing the 12. It was a little bit large, but made it through the night just fine. The only complaint I had was that I had bruises on my torso the next day from the boning sticking into me all night. Not sure if that was a factor of the dress or it being a little bit too big. At first I was worried about it being too short but the length was just fine!

Was very surprised that this is a Lily dress, as I would be the last person to even think about shopping there. This was my first RTR experience and it was flawless! The dress arrived with plenty of time to pull together the entire outfit. The dress also fit just as I expected. If you don't know your size in Lilly I would recommend trying on the dress in a store near you first to make sure you get the right size. I wore this dress for a summer wedding near the beach.

This was actually my backup dress and all of my friends and boyfriend told me I should wear it. I wore it to a summer wedding. I got a 4, which is a size up for me but it fit comfortably, a bit big in the bust, I may have been able to wear a 2 but the 4 looked fine. I was told by more than one person at the wedding that it was their favorite dress there. It was very comfortable and also was a great day to night dress. I would definitely recommend this dress!

I rented this for a rehearsal dinner. It fits wonderful, has a cute shape and fits my pear hips! The top does not have any give, so some may not be able to wear with a strapless bra. But does have adequate support. I didn't get to wear this because the bride actually rented the same thing!!! Good thing there's always the option to rent two dresses! None the less, totally cute dress.

I wore this dress for Easter Sunday. It was fun and festive for the occasion. I wore the 0, and it fit well with no bra. The 2 was too big on top. If you have a bigger chest, though, you might want to go up a size, as the 0 was a little tight on top for me. I paired it with very light pink heels, which matched well.
