Great dress for a night out in Vegas. It fit almost perfectly. I used fabric tape at the top after reading reviews of other women having to pull it up, but it wasn't a huge issue. I will say the dress was def obviously worn many other times as the top part was a bit stretched. But otherwise it fit like a glove and made me feel sexy. 

I felt so dang HOT wearing this dress. I wore it to a show and then out to drinks and dinner. I felt like a million bucks.  I was getting looks all night long. 1. It makes you look skinny. 2. It makes you look like you have big boobs. 3. It's not too short so it doesn't show cellulite. and 4. The blue color is gorgeous!
I had previously worn the Herve Cyclone dress to another event, which is also amazing. I also wore this one in a size M, my regular Herve size. This one is just a tad shorter and a tad less binding than the Cyclone. Like I could take full size steps in this dress. The dress does seem to ride up when you walk, but it's not like you can't give it a little tug down when you get to where you're going. And like others mentioned, if you have big breasts, then you  may have a hard time fitting them in. I wore a super padded bra since I'm on the smaller size, and I didn't have any issues with the top. 
I would definitely recommend ordering this dress.

This was an overnight because my original dress had come issues. Customer service was wonderful and I felt like the most attractive woman at the wedding (besides the bride)!! Love this designer and love this dress. Will rent again!!

I absolutely adored this dress.  I wore it to my sisters' birthday party at a club in DC.  I felt all eyes on me when I walked in the room.  The fit was perfect - I was worried because with my super pear shape either the top or bottom is always an issue.  I have no chest (don't be deceived by my bra size - it is not a full D cup) so I had no issues with it falling down or having to pull it up through out the night.  The built in bra/support was perfect for me.  I am really self conscious about my muscular thighs and the length was great because it didn't hit mid thigh and make me look thicker.  My booty fit and my sisters teased me but they are just jealous.  I loved that this dress made me feel confident and sexy with all my curves.  Kudos to Herve Leger!  I would buy this dress (in any color) in a heart beat.  The colors are my favorite and it was fun to pair with a funky necklace and shoes.

I am 43 years old, married,  have 3 kids, work full time and work out a fair amount.   I can honestly say this dress plays up the "assets" so to speak.   I wish I got a picture of the side  and back views!   honestly, this dress will make you look like you have the perfect "baby got back" bootie!  I was told to get a medium to accommodate my 34 D bra size.  the top of this dress seemed a little stretched.  I honestly wish I would have gotten a size small as a back up just to compare fit.    This particular evening we celebrated  our 12th anniversary.   I  definitely felt beautiful and sexy for the evening.  I would highly suggest this type of dress for the ladies who have "all the right junk in all the right places" so to speak.  The dress was comfortable to wear and I did not feel the need to wear any industrial strength foundational wear or a bra.  I received tons of compliments!

Herve Leger knows how to make a dress.  I rented many from RTR but this might be my favorite. The colors, the fit, the way I felt. It's all perfect. I wore the medium instead of the small because these dresses are tight and short and im 5'9 and didn't need to be giving free shows ;)

Great bodycon dress- fits snug like you'd expect, overall very flattering. 

Runs small and is made of a very heavy material. Very tight/fitted, not a dress for anyone trying to hide anything.  The colors are absolutely beautiful.

Dress is made to fit tight since it is a bodycon, holds everything in place. I never felt like I had to suck it in. The only downside was with a larger chest (32DD) I had to keep pulling it up. But I didn't even detract a star due to that since it was so beautiful and made me feel amazing all night!  I danced in it and never felt restricted or like I was showing too much. I wore it with black tights since it was a super cold night.   And since it was not too short I would totally rent again in the summer and wear without tights and with strappy heels. 

I chose a size small and medium and went with the small. The medium worked too but was a little less fitted in my waist. The colors were beautiful! I felt amazing wearing this for my anniversary dinner. My only problem was that I had to keep pulling up the top, but for a dinner that wasn't too bad. I'm petite yet busty and couldn't wear a bra with this either. It sure did look amazing though! Very figure flattering and enhances your curves! I will definitely rent another Herve again. 

Really loved the dress and would recommend it for most body types. One con is that the top is a little loose and I did some pulling-up throughout the night - not typical for me as I usually tend to stretch the limits of most dresses in the bust. The M was a little tight but the L was loose so I went M. Lots of visual interest, nice colors for a winter wedding. I paired it with big gold and amethyst chandelier earrings and black peep-toe pumps.

I have rented this dress twice now. The first time was for a charity cocktail party. I rented the XXS and the XS. The night before the event I tried on the XS and it fit well but I noticed it was missing some side boning. The night of the event I decided to try on the XXS just to see if I could wear it. It took a solid 10 minutes to get on by myself but it fit amazingly. I ended up wearing the XXS and it did not move all night. I didn't have to adjust it at all. The second time I rented it was for a nice dinner date and I rented the XS as it was the smallest size available. I liked it still, but the dress showed some wear in missing boning and the rubber strip inside the dress to hold it up. I still enjoyed the dress but not as much as the first time because it was a larger size. I'd still recommend this dress because it's beautiful and form flattering yet still comfortable. 

This dress was a hit!! I had a lot of people asking me where I got it:) Perfect dress for my birthday night out to Lisa Vanderpump's Sur Restaurant in West Hollywood. I wore a small..I would not have been able to zip the Xs. Holds everything in for the most part. I did have to keep pulling it up on the chest but that's also the nature of a strapless dress! Definitely recommend!

I wore a small and it fit like a glove! Gorgeous dress, very flattering. Had to keep pulling it up while I was dancing but that's expected with a strapless dress. Would highly recommend it.

I loved this dress. It hugged my body very nicely, and it wasn't too short so wearing this to a wedding was perfect. Received several compliments! Only downsides: the zipper would sometimes bunch in the back, and I did have to pull up the dress often. I have a small bust though, so that happens to me often. 

I've finally fulfilled my dream of wearing a Hervé dress for a school dance and it was so worth it! If you wear this dress (which you should), you will be receiving nonstop compliments all night long because you're sexy, girl! The fabric of the bandage dress is thick and perfect for dancing all night and laser tag (my date wanted to be Barney Stinson for a night and it was a blast)! The dress does ride up a little bit during these activities, especially if you have a 'Kardashian booty' like me, so just be aware of how much leg you want to show! I will definitely rent this perfect dress again in the future :) 

Fits thigh and for me it was long. I'm 5'2 so I'm right at the borderline of petite. I thought the dress was beautiful and got so many complements on Facebook. Used it to go to Las Vegas for a concert. 

I rented this for my anniversary.  I was apprehensive about the bright blue fabric on the bottom half because that's my problem area.  However, the dress was very fun and sexy, and my husband loved it even if it didn't conceal my big butt.  It came to the knee on me.  The only issue with the dress is that I had to keep pulling up the top.  I'm a B cup, and the dress was a tad big in the chest.  

This dress was amazing!  It hugged me in all the right places, got me a ton of compliments, and I felt like a rock star.  Got compliments all night, was able to dance.  

I usually wear more twee modest dresses, but I wanted to amp things up. I am so glad that I did!  This dress made me feel glamorous and fun. One of my friends didn't even recognize me.  I had to make sure to stand up straight all night---but it held everything in place. 

Dress was amazing. Clip closure inside to keep the dress in place is a great touch. Would definitely recommend!

The fit is tight and bc it's a strapless you do spend some time checking to make sure it didn't slip down too much! Other than that it was perfect!

I ordered my shipment about 5 days before I needed it so they only had an XS and no backup size of S available. I fit into the XS but it was very tight, which still looked good because of the thicker material. I had to have a friend zip me up and got lots of compliments on it throughout the night! It was in great condition and didn't have a problem with having to pull up the top of the dress throughout the night like other reviewers stated. I loved the dress and can't wait till the next time I can rent the runway again! 

I got so many compliments on this dress and I felt so sexy. My girlfriends thought it was gorgeous and my then-boyfriend-now-fiance thought it was really hot. I had a blast in this dress and will rent Herve again for sure! 

This dress was awesome! It's got a lot of give, even though it's tight...so it keeps everything in place! ;-) I will definitely rent Herve again...sexy and elegant. I was on the planning committee for the charity event I wore this dress to - it was perfect for the night we had!

Thank goodness for ordering the backup size.  Yet, over all this dress is simply beautiful.  The colors are as vibrant as the compliments I got tonight.

Fit was perfect, very flattering. I'm tall and usually cannot wear strapless dresses like this, but it was long enough and I felt comfortable in it. 



This was my first time using RTR and I loved it! This actually wasn't my first choice dress but the one I wanted wasn't available by the time I went to rent it. I think that was a happy mistake because I absolutely loved this dress! It is very snug but in a good way. I got compliments all night and the colors look amazing. I will definitely be using RTR again!

I ordered both the XS and S and ended up going with the S. As other reviewers mentioned - this dress is snug! Both sizes arrived in perfect condition. The stripe down the sides are a bit different in person than on the website, they're more of a darker green than a turquoise. But in photographs it appears as more of a turquoise. The dress was perfect for the occasion and once again it was a great experience with Rent the Runway! I recommend renting this dress. 

I was worried that the dress would be unflattering because of how tight it is, but it really sucked everything in.  I loved the colors  and the fit. I got compliments from people who had many different styles... 

I had such a great time in this dress. I've never worn Herve Leger before, and now it's all I want for every occasion! The dress fit really well, I was able to zip and unzip myself into it (always a bonus), and I danced the night away very comfortably. I thought the colors were great and really popped. I was nervous that my chest would be falling out of it, but no problems there. I highly recommend this dress.

I chose to wear the large over the medium because there was more room in the large for my boobs. The dress is really fitted no need for spanx! Not super short. I felt really comfy all night. I never worried about adjusting my dress it fit perfectly =•]

The dress was great. I did first order the xsmall and it did not fit. Rent the Runway made it so easy to get another dress in time. The small fit perfect.

It was perfect for dinner and a show. The only thing is with my small boobs it was hard to keep up while dancing at the club. Loved the color and high quality like the other HL's I've worn before. 

Dress fit and looked great, im 125 pds 5'2 and curvy, rented xs and small, i wouldnt of been able to move comfortably in xs. Very fitted. Received many compliments!

The color patterns, lines, and fabric hugged all the right places to make it a perfect fit.  It covered my top, cinched my waist, and accentuated the bottom.  I got many compliments on the dress and how it fits.

I was nervous about this dress - I rented it for my 30th birthday (if you couldn't tell from the photo lol). It's not the typical style I rent but I wanted to go out of my comfort zone! I really enjoyed this dress and felt great. The elastic on top was a little stretched out assuming due to age and different busts and body shapes but I had little slippage and readjusting. The material was heavier than I thought it would be which I thought made the form fitting dress more forgiving, it didn't show every little line like a thin material dress would. Definitely a fun party outfit! 

The dress runs small.  I am 4'11 and 94 lbs. The XXS was tight and the top of the dress does tend to slide if you are not large busted, which I am not.  The XS would have fit also but it was slightly looser then I preferred. Overall, great dress and easy to wear!

Disclaimer here is that I weigh about 10 pounds heavier than I did last year when i rented my first Herve dress for my birthday then. I think this has a lot to do with my mixed feelings. I was so excited for the dress but that's because I was comparing it to the other ( my fault) this dress was several inches longer than the other and even though I wore the small I did not feel like it gave me a good shape. My belly definitely stuck out you just can't tell by the way I'm standing and it made me uncomfortable just cause that's not what I'm used to. I thought it gave good cleavage however I am wearing a Victoria's Secret strapless bra. The colors on the dress are pretty. I rented two other dresses for this same trip and loved them both so I just don't feel like the fit flattered my new body type lol but most of the women I saw in the reviews looked amazing! 

I wore this dress for my bachelorette party and I loved it. I had so much fun and I felt sexy and comfortable.  It fit me perfectly but still I wore a spanx ( to made me look more skinny).  I got a lot of compliments from my bridesmaids-- I am obsessed now with Herve's dresses!

I got this dress for New Years. I rented the s and xs thinking I would wear the small but the xs actually fit better!! I'm small on top so it held things in better- it was tight at the waist but stretched a bit through the night. I loved the colors and got so many compliments! 

Loved the dress, received a lot of compliments!!. It fit prefect, used fashion tape to keep the dress in place.

The dress has a lot of stretch/give so it fit nice and snug but I was still able to move freely all night! While some strapless dresses fall down and you find yourself pulling it all night - this one stayed put! There is no padding/support so you should def plan on wearing a strapless bra with it! 

I rented this for my birthday celebration in Vegas. I wore it out for a nice dinner and to a night club. It fits true to size. It is very flattering, even on my straight and narrow body type. No spanx were necessary since the dress is tight enough to hold everything in. It's a heavy material, but it wasn't hot to wear even dancing in an indoor nightclub full of people.  

My only complaint is similar to what others have said. The top of the dress seemed stretched out a bit from people tugging on the dress to get it on. But that was easily fixed with dress tape.  

I didn't notice too much of a difference between the XS and S, but went with the S just so I would be more comfortable. The fabric is super flattering - I didn't wear any sort of shapewear and felt great! The colors were vibrant and fun, and my boyfriend loved it too! Would definitely rent another Herve :)

I have worn this brand before, and know that it's runs pretty true to size. The one unfortunate thing about wearing a dress previously worn by others is the elastic is not as firm as it would be if it was new.  So no need to size up as its not very tight.  I would also recommend wearing Spanx with it. 

I wore this dress as a guest to a March wedding. The colors were terrific. The fit was true to size. And I felt great! I wear between an XS and S but went with the XS, as I felt the snug fit was what Herve dresses are all about. Comfortable and sexy without being scandalous. Received a ton of compliments and the dress photographs well! Looking forward to my next  Herve RTR! 

This dress was great, and obviously it hugs every curve! I wore it out for Valentine's Day and felt beautiful! My boyfriend could not stop talking about how great it looked. I am usually a size 4 and the small fit but I opted for the Medium just because it was more comfortable! A little loose in the bust, but hugged me everywhere else.

The top of the M is VERY, VERY stretched out. I had to use a ton of fashion tape to get it to stay up. Lots of compliments, the colors are gorgeous. I am a 4/6 with a small bust and I probably could have gone with a small. 

Rented this for a birthday getaway and absolutely loved it.  Only tricky part was the strap around the chest that has to be fastened before zipping the dress up, and I had to pull up at the top a few times.  Would definitely rent again.  

I liked this dress a lot! The colors were very pretty, and it stood out without being too flashy or bright. I wore the XS, and I think I might have been happier with the XXS, but I ordered a S as my backup instead. It was longer than I expected so I tucked the bottom up and used some fashion tape and it looked fine! The dress was also loose between my chest and hips, which was weird but didn't bother me too much. Probably just stretched out from previous wear. The loose area made the bottom of the zipper bunch up and pop out right above my butt, so I kept pulling the dress up and down to get rid of that. Overall, I would recommend this dress, but keep in mind that it can be longish if you're short, and loose if you are very tiny!!

Great Herve dress. The colors are fun. The only compliant is I kept pulling up my top, but it's probably just because it's a strapless.

The dress was a hit and I felt amazing. Dress was a thicker material which created a slim, sexy look! Only issue I had was keeping the top up. Because I am larger chested, the top didn't fit the way it should have to stay in place. 

I ordered the M with the S as my backup, and both dresses fit really well. The S fit perfectly everywhere except was a little tight in the chest with a bra on (unpadded strapless). For fear of "the girls" making an appearance on the dance floor, I opted to wear the medium. It felt a little loose on but all in all worked out wonderfully, and I received TONS of compliments. True to other comments, I was pulling the top up all night because it had obviously been stretched out from being worn, but it was totally worth it! The dress was comfortable, looked great, and was easy to dance in!

I ordered a small and an xs.  The small was pretty tight.  I didn't even bother trying the xs on. Had to wear my spanks and lay off the carbs so I could squeeze into it- which I did.  Be ready to show off your body in this.  

True to size, I didn't even bother trying the XS on once I tried the S. Hugs your curves perfectly and will loosen up slightly the longer you have it on which keeps your feeling comfortable. I accessorized pretty simply with a gold choker and purple chunky rings. My heels which aren't pictured matched the purple on top along with my lips. I have always wanted an Herve Leger dress and would rent another one in a heartbeat!

The medium was not available n I wore the large. It was a little big but it was very comfortable. I loved the fact that wearing the large didn't make the dress short & the  length was perfect .  I did have to keep pulling the top up.  Great dress!!

I ordered the XXS as back up and it looked like it could fit a 10 year old. Wouldn't zip up past mid back. Would recommend that for a stick frame! XS was perfect. I could tell it had been worn a ton as it didn't "hug" me as a brand new HL would. Nonetheless I am complete satisfied with this dress and can't wait to order another from his collection!

I wore this dress out in Vegas and loved it! It was very tight but that's exactly what I wanted. The dress looked a little stretched out at the bottom which bothered me a bit but the rest of the dress was in great shape. 

Great fit and colors!  This dress doesn't hide anything, so I found Spanx to be a perfect complement to smooth everything out. This is an attention getter! I was comfortable all night too! The fabric as a nice weight to it - supportive but not heavy. There was a small rip at the top seam where the top meets the interior binding band, so I had to keep tucking it in. Next time I'll inspect the dress more carefully before wearing.  Great experience and will rent the runway again!

On the inside it is obvious this dress has been worn many times. The top was a bit stretched out.   It fit like a glove and the colors are unique and fantastic.

The small fit but it was very tight. The medium looked better so I opted for that. The only issue was that the bust was large and fell down while dancing (even with a padded bra). Overall, it was a great dress but I wouldn't rent again because of the bust size.

The small was comfy, but the top was a little loose and I knew I'd have to pull it up all night. The XS seemed like a long shot, but once it was on it didn't move all night! It was comfortable and I could dance worry-free. 

Wore this for my 25th birthday dinner/night out. It fit like a glove and hugged my (very small) curves. Got compliments all night!
