Loved this dress. I wore it with a cowboy hat for a western/cowboy themed formal event. Perfect!

I loved this dress! My only regret was not ordering it in a small. It was a a bit baggy in the medium. I added a chucky belt (I was able to fold some of the extra fabric underneath) to the look in addition to a cowboy hat and cowboy boots. I wore it to a western/cowboy themed formal event and received endless compliments.

The was the backup dress for my sister's outdoor bridal shower. The XS fit perfect. The colors of the dress were very pretty, but more muted than I expected. (I am quite fair and think it washed me out a bit.) The dress is very lightweight and delicate, so you have to be careful, especially with the sequins when sitting down and hugging other guests. I didn't think it warranted the 100 dollar rental fee, but I am someone who likes a little more structure when I'm shopping for a dress for a special occasion. I think this dress could easily transition into nighttime festivities.

I wore this to a fundraising reception and looked young and hip in a sea of stuffy conservatively dressed women. It was beautiful! It was also very comfortable. I am in between S and M these days but I opted to wear the small. The skirt lining was a little snug, but the top layer still hung nicely. I would love to own this dress!

I wore this out after a day at the beach to meet a group of new friends. Although the dress isn't flashy, I easily felt like the best dressed! My girlfriend from college who was with me (and I love her because she's so honest) told me that the outfit was very "me" and the cut made me look extremely slim! Who doesn't want to hear that?

This dress is beautiful! It's light, easy to wear, and chic enough to stand out. It's not tight-fitting, so the cinched waist really helps to accentuate curves. Definitely make sure you wear a well-fitted strapless, or else you might find yourself a little uncomfortable.

Loved the Beading Detail!

This dress is really fun! I loved the gorgeous colors and the beading detail, it definitely made the dress unique! This dress is a really easy fit, there is a lot of room at the bust and at the hips and the elastic waistband really cinches the waist comfortably! You do need to wear a strapless bra with this dress, because of the one shoulder. I would really recommend this dress for any body type, because of how easy it is!

Haute Hippie Wins Again!

I would probably never be able to justify purchasing gorgeous HH dresses with so few places to wear them, but thanks to RTR I have been able to rent several and have loved them all!! This dress was no exception - I rented it for my cousin's Brooklyn boho chic art gallery wedding and it was perfect! The colors are much more vibrant in person - it is also studded with bronze/gold beading throughout, which doesn't really show in the photo. The asymmetric skirt is definitely short. I am only 5'1" and it was miniscule on me, so I would say if you are 5'5" or above you'll probably want to size up to keep some length.
