I wore this dress to our Casino Night Fundraiser and besides my wedding dress, I have never in my life received more compliments than when I wore this dress!!! When I tried it on, I was not sold on it but my husband loved it and that night I had people stop me left and right asking about it. It made me feel fabulous (and shouldn't we all for a night?!)! It was comfortable, not too short and clung to my figure (petite, hourglass) great. My dress had a small hole in the mid thigh seam but it was only the top layer and the Hollywood tape provided fixed it. I found jewelry that matched the ones shown in the photo at Forever 21 and it really completed the look. I definitely recommend this dress!

Was nervous about using Rent the Runway, but raved about it as soon as I got the package. I was grateful to not have to buy yet another red dress that I would only wear once. The dress is great. I ordered a M and an L, but the M just fit much better. The dress fit perfectly and was very comfortable. Did not need spanx the way the fabric fell. The length is short, but not uncomfortably or inappropriately so. I went to H&M the day before I bought a few cheap necklaces to go along with it, and it worked out great. The dress definitely looks better with a long length necklace. My "problem area" is my gut and this dress did a great job of masking it. I think the best part about the dress is the cut - the one shoulder/short length is both flattering and really makes it stand out from other red cocktail dresses. Looking forward to the next opportunity to use RTR!

This was actually my back-up dress but when I put it on it fit like a glove. The ruching in the tummy helps to hide a little pooch if you've had a large meal (or are still working off those extra lb's from baby #2 ;) Very flattering and sexy. It is pretty short though so get ready to show a little leg!!

I ordered size XS and S since I'm usually a 2 or 4 - went with the S and was extremely pleased with the fit. The skirt portion was longer than it appears on the model (I'm 5' 5"); the off-the-shoulder portion needed a bit of fashion tape to keep my bra from playing peek-a-boo. I paired the dress with a faux sea coral/pearl necklace (my own) and the surprise accessory earrings which were onyx w/ gold settings. Would definitely rent this look again!

Vegas with the girls. I previously rented this dress in the blush color (also very pretty but a different effect). This was a knock-out. Hugged in all the right places, but VERY comfortable. I danced all night and was very... umm... popular at the club, shall we say? I can't recommend it enough. I'm athletic, but curvy -- big shoulders, butt, small waist, muscular legs. It fit perfectly.

Loved this dress! I'm normally a size small but I'm so glad I ordered the medium as well. The small was incredibly tight in the hips but the medium fit almost perfectly! All I had to do was use the fashion tape to stick the dress under my arm where it was a little bit big. Overall, loved this dress! Great for a fun wedding reception!

Entering into a new decade by knocking "a published author by 40" off of my Bucket List among great friends and in a fabulous ensemble made my RTR moment unforgettable.

I selected this dress for my 40th Birthday/Pre-Launch Book Party (I'm a new author--whee!). The theme was "40, Fierce and Fabulous" with the subtext of "hot", and this dress helped me fit the bill. I'm 5'2, petite/athletic, but full and curvy in the rear end department. Understandably, the dress hit me lower on the leg than on the model. I got compliments all night from friends and strangers alike. It's an even more gorgeous and vivid red than in the RTR picture. I also rented the Rodrigo Otazu Back Chain Necklace. It made the dress. I did have that same hole that everyone seems to be experiencing in the left thigh [I didn't notice it at first, a friend of mine had to discreetly inform me :-( ], so I had to be mindful of not taking pictures from that angle. ;-) All in all, though, a great experience with RTR. Stylists and customer service reps were very helpful and accommodating.

the material of the dress makes it comfortable, however i felt it ran slightly small! i usually wear a 4-6 in dresses, so i rented the medium and small. there is no way the small wouldve fit! the medium fit, but i feel like i wouldve wanted to try on the large just to see. i am 5'8, and i felt like it was REALLY short! the material in the front hides a tummy which is nice too!

I rented this dress for a fashion show with the girls. It was great! While it arrived with some defects (hence the 4 stars) I was able to sew a little hole back in and it ended up looking perfect. It was very comfortable and had lots of room in the chest without making me look bigger than I am even though I am busty. The draping is very flattering and I got compliments from strangers at the event. I especially appreciated feeling modern and young in a style that was very different from my usual taste.

The Little Red Dress

This was a perfect fit for me. I have a small waist yet plenty of curve in my back end. The gathered tulip skirt was extremely flattering and I still felt comfortable enough to dance at the reception. The material breathed well enough that I didn't get over heated despite the 90+ temps at an August wedding. I only had one minor problem with the fit. It was a bit large around my ribs so the one shoulder began to slip a little. But I have a relatively small rib cage and my shoulders are narrow so I wouldn't expect many others to have that happen.

Such a great dress. It fit very nicely and although it was clingy it wasn't tight and the layering of the fabric kept things classy. ;) I received a LOT of compliments! For some reason, the color appears more orange on my computer monitor and this was the main reason I selected this dress. I was a bit surprised when it arrived and it was cherry red, but I still liked it. It was also exceptionally comfortable and great for a night of dancing. I paired it with black pumps, drop earrings and a bit of swagger. ;)

If you're on the tall/long-legged end of the spectrum, size up. I'm 5'7" and slender (usually a Small or X-Small). The small fit me but was on the snug side and WAY too short. I ended up wearing the medium, and it was too big but I needed the looseness to get some length in the skirt. The style of the dress was forgiving for this, though, and I still got lots of compliments. Wore gold jewelry and leopard-print shoes and clutch.

I'm definitely glad I rented this dress, I got so many compliments from strangers and friends! I wore it out on a date and then out later that night. The dress did stretch out a little bit more as the night went on, but really that's to be expected. The color was great, the draping of the fabric made the dress subtly sexy, which I loved. I'm really happy with this dress, my only regret is that I didn't get to take a picture with it on! Oh well, an excuse to rent it for another time!

This dress was so fun to wear! I am 5'4", typically a size 2 in dresses and the small was perfect. The draping laid perfectly and the length was great - fun and flirty but not too skimpy short. I absolutely recommend this dress for a fun cocktail event!

Dress fit perfect and very flattering. I normally wear a 6 or 8. A little short when sitting down (I'm 5'9), but not too bad. In the picture the dress looks a little orange-red, but it's a beautiful bright red in person. Only complaint is mine had a little hole in the seam on the leg when it arrived, but a quick fix with a safety pin and I was good to go for my birthday!
