I wore this to a friends birthday party and it was a hit. Only problem I had was that the chains were a bit too heavy and that is why I had put a lacy bra under so when it does pull down it atleast showed off a pretty bra. But you can probably adjust it at the top but I just didn't want to put a whole in it and that's why I chose the bra option. I love the belt that went along with it, wished I could've kept that one! lol...but other than that the dress ships very well. Did not have to do anything with it other than take it out of the envelope that it came with.

Fit was true to size. It is a little heavier than I thought it would be, but super comfortable. It fits a curvy, busty figure great.

This dress runs large, especially in the shoulders. Be careful if you are a narrow framed lady, it will hang so low in the front that you will have to wear a tank underneath. However, I'm 5'10" with volleyball player shoulders, so it fit perfect. I actually wore it without the belt or with my own gold belt. The lining tend to ride up, so make sure to bring some extra pins to keep it down. That said, it was so flattering that I ended up buying it through another vendor. I love it....sort of sheer, perfectly draped, very sexy.

I rented this dress for NYE and LOOOVED it online and since it was in the category for Pear shape, which I am, it was perfect. When I got it it was see-through, which made me realize I was going to have to get a black or blue slip dress for underneath, sort of a downer. Then I put it on and it was just a tad too big on top and super tight on the bottom the sheer under layer was not matching up to the beautiful top layer. I had to return it, but so far the customer service and people at RTR were FANTASTIC, super sweet and helpful, helping me with the process of returning and a possible exchange. I didn't wind up getting another dress, but I'm awaiting my refund. Just a shame bc this dress looks great on the model.

I ordered a large and a medium and definitely had to go medium. I needed to pin it up to my bra to keep it from being way too revealing. As it was, I had some serious cleavage but I think it was okay. It was slightly see-through even with the slip that's with it but the beading was beautiful and fun. I styled this pretty casually, but I guess you could wear it in a slightly fancier setting. It is a heavy dress given the fabric, but not annoyingly so. I would wear it again if I owned it, but I didn't love it to the extent that I would rent it again.

This is a gorgeous dress, fits true to size. Like the other reviews, the only things I would mention are that it is somewhat sheer (I wore to an evening event, so it wasn't a problem, but in the daytime it could be an issue.) The other thing is that it does drape very significantly in the front, so you almost have to wear something underneath. Using fashion tape doesn't hold as the material is incredibly heavy (and I tried using several times.) Gorgeous dress though, and I got a lot of compliments on it!

I loved this dress! It looked great on and I would recommend it to any body type.

Beautiful dress but needed to get some of the chains reattached before I wore it. Also was a little big. The double stick tape definitely came in handy. Would recommend this dress to a friend and actually already have.

My sis who is 5'10 and tall and thin wore this dress. It is gorgeous! It is WAY shorter than this pic. The sides go up really high, nd the front almost hit as hit as the sides are hitting in this ic. More of a club dress, but super cute and super trendy!!!

I wore this to a bar for my 23rd bday. It was perfect for the event, just a little dressier than everyone else and I got a thousand compliments. The most important thing about this dress is that it runs HUGE. I'm 125 lbs, normally a medium, with a 36DD chest, and out of a medium and backup size small, I wore the small. I could have worn an x-small. I also had to tape it to my body, which meant it was less effortlessly drapey than the picture. Due to the size and the weight of the dress, taping was necessary. The belt is a nice detail. I wanted to steal it and never give it back. It has a cool snake on it, and the elastic band made me look like my waist was super tiny. Overall, it looked like a hit, but the effort it took to drape the excess fabric and weight was frustrating. I wouldn't order it again

Loved loved loved this dress! Wore it for my birthday in LA and had a fabulous time in it. I ditched the belt with one of my own (felt that the belt that came with the dress was a bit cheap looking). The chain detailing is great but it makes the dress pretty heavy and is also the reason why it makes the front dip so low as everyone else has reviewed (I have 34DDs and it still dipped low enough to show some major cleavage). Just wear it with a beautiful lace bra underneath and you should be fine.

I got this dress for an outdoor, summer concert. The photo is very deceiving- it is actually completely sheer- as in I had to wear a slip under it or else I'd have shown my goodies to all the concert-goers!! :) It worked out fine in the end, but it wasn't quite what I expected. As the others reviews state, it does dip down further in the front too.

This dress is extremely flattering to the tall, straight and narrow figure. As others stated, it dips lower in front than pictured, just be prepared to wear the right bra. It's stunning, hip and edgy. I wore it to a restaurant where the service complimented me all night. That never happens. Luckily the dress in the size that fit me was flawless, as the larger one could not have been worn. The lining hung at least 1/2 inch lower than the dress and some of the chain had come unstitched.

Absolutely loved the dress! I rented this dress for my dinner rehearsal the night before my wedding. It was perfect! I did have to pin the straps in order to keep the dress from draping too far down in front. It's a gorgeous dress and would definitely recommend it.

Amazing dress! Soooo sexy. I needed tape on the bust to keep from showing everything. I also ended up switching the belt to make it a slightly dressier look. I went for a black leather double-wrap skinny belt with silver grommets. It worked well and I got tons of compliments! I would rent it again.

This dress stole the show at my Thanksgiving party. It's very feminine with very cool, edgy metal chain detail. Got compliments all night. It's a flattering shape as well.

I rented this in a medium, since I am a size 8 with a full bust and a little bit of a belly. The medium was too large on me, which is a shame since it is a beautiful dress and drapes really well. If you're unsure of whether to go over and under, go under and get the smaller size. And the dress is cold and a little heavy due to the chains, which pulls the dress down a little, which is why you should go for the smaller size too.

Loved this dress, it was perfect for my body type. I have very broad shoulder, a C cup and a small waist. However, it does fall, very low in the front. I need pins and tape to keep too much of myself from being revealed. It falls lower than indicated on the model. Reserve one size smaller.

It does dip lower in the front and I would have definitely had to wear a tank top underneath if I had kept it (I returned it because it was too 'fancy' for the event I rented it for). The chains throughout the dress made it heavy and cold against my skin. I was hoping it worked like it does on the model but then again, I'm not 5'9" and I have much wider hips. Nonetheless, RTR's customer service is absolutely incredible as I spoke with Blair the morning I decided to return it and received a prompt refund.

I really liked this dress but the one problem is that it dips very low in the front. I had to wear a neutral colored tank underneath or I would have been showing more than I would have liked. It dips much lower than shows on the model.

Looooved this dress! Wore this out for a night with friends and got so many compliments on it. Made my decolletage look fantastic! The belt is super cute and made my waist look tiny - I actually wore the belt again the next day with one of my own dresses! You will definitely need the double stick fashion tape RTR sends though...without it this kept slipping, but that may be because I'm on the shorter side.
