Black crepe(100% polyester). One shoulder neckline with metallic gold and black rope trim. Back draping. Hook-and-eye closure. Hidden side zip. 33'' from shoulder to hem. Imported.

This dress runs slightly small. We recommend going one size up for back-up size (see following fit notes for exceptions). Sized 0-12.

BUST: Works best for A to C cup sizes- very fitted at bust
WAIST: Fitted - fitted throughout midsection; consider wearing with SPANX to cinch in abdomen
HIPS: Very fitted - curvier women should size up for full hips and for length
LENGTH: Mini - (on a 5'5" model); not recommended for women above 5'4''

It's short, but not so short that it's inappropriate. And the single shoulder makes it ultra-comfortable.

This dress runs a size large so make sure to order one size down. It also runs short. I am 5"3 and the dress fell a few inches above my knee.

This particular dress was extremely unflattering for me. It runs large and is so short it is uncomfortable to sit and get in and out of cabs. I made me t look really bulky. But like always- a great experience with RTR. I just particularly really did not like this dress.

Beautiful, but too big

This was my first time renting. For reference, I am 5'0 and 103 lbs. I rented this in a 0 and a 2. Sadly, both were way too big. Even if it fit, the dress probably wouldn't have been very flattering on my petite and not-very-curvy body. The dress was boxy and it just hung on my figure. The rope detailing was beautiful, and I wish the dress fit! I ended up getting merchandise credit. The actual process of renting and returning was so easy and I will be sure to use Rent the Runway again!

flattering dress

Loved so many things about this dress. The hem, the drape of the back, the drape at the bust, it was amazing. The braid in both sizes had been obviously repaired, though. Slightly disappointed about that. Wore with opaque black tights and sky high black patent pumps. ps-very short even for me!

Great dress! it fits a little loose to hide anything, but also can make you lose your shape. The from the side, the back draping looks nice.
