I wore this for my sisters engagement party and just got a million compliments. There was a perfect amount of refinement and sexiness to the dress to not make me feel like I was showing up the bride to be. It's a great dress for that upcoming spring/summer party or wedding, I thought it fit perfectly. The bottom skirt fits snug, so if you have hips or a booty I suggest going a size up. The top part fit nicely, but I highly recommend using fashion tape on the deep plunging v down the chest, since you cannot wear a bra with this dress due to that plunge. I highly recommend this dress, you will definitely stand out! I also think that the peplum style would really compliment a lot of body types, since it cinches you in at the waist but covers the stomach area if that is a concern for some girls.
