Stretchy tight material that holds you in. Can only wear a cami under it. Looks like a dress with the skirt. Everyone at work loved this one including me. 

Fit like a glove (like the matching skirt). I'm a 2 in most dresses, but sometimes I require a 4 in jackets to accommodate your shoulders. That was the case here. I did wear a sleeveless shell underneath in case I got hot, but that's about all there was room for. The material is substantial and has a good bit of stretch.

I received several compliments on this jacket. It is very stretchy, thick material and a great cut and pattern.  I would buy this if it wasn't a million dollars.

Size this one up! It's classy and snug. I rented this for a professional headshot and full body board shot and it photographs beautifully. Very comfortable knit with functioning pockets and a nice adjustable zip. 

I was fortunate to get both pieces at once. This material is a bit heavy but I wore it without hose on a 66 degree day and was comfortable. I paired with a tie at the neck top and turned up the sleeves of the jacket to allow the blouse sleeves to show. The skirt and sleeves are long so if you're petite, this may not work. But tall gals are set!

Great jacket!  As you can see in the photo the knit texture is fine-ribbed.  The square and rectangular "dots" are a very light gray color.  I had some trouble with the zipper but I just put it on over my head zipped and it was fine.  Very stretchy with fabulous tailoring.  Wish I could have paired it with the matching skirt.  

Rent this with the matching skirt (or wear it with a plain black skirt or fitted pants--even jeans!) and you'll wish it wasn't so $$$ to buy. It's absolutely incredibly designed and well-detailed. The fit is perfect and the sleeves are long. I can't say enough great things about this jacket/suit.

I wore this to work over a black dress. It was pretty much exactly what I expected... stretchy, easy to wear, cute. Only complaint is that I wish the sleeves were a tad shorter and tighter

I wore this as the set for work (and then proceeded to get stuck traveling home with no bags for 2 days). I can truly say that it is a great jacket for work (I sized up after reading other reviews which was def the way to go). It looks great with the set - I loved the different pattern. It was enough to be conservative and yet stand out. I can also attest to the comfort of this, since I wore it on a plane for a long time. You don't feel like you're wearing work attire!

I normally wear a 12/14 and the 14 was tight. That being said, I loved this jacket on every level and will most likely rent it again. 

I waited for this suit to be available in my size for a while and it was well worth the wait.  One of my favorite rentals thus far.  I rented both pieces to wear together.  It is so comfortable!  I cannot stress that enough.  And the photos online just cannot do the pattern justice.  It is beautiful.  

The jacket has functioning pockets which are a plus (if someone has removed the seam, which was not done on mine so I did) and a double zipper so you can zip/unzip from top or bottom.  
Multiple people encouraged me that I had to buy it, but the price makes that prohibitive.  Will likely rent again. 

I usually wear a 0 but this is way to small. Can't zip up, did not wear.

I agree with the reviews that: 1) the sleeves are going to be too long and if you pull them up the shoulder part of the jacket it will create "high" shoulders; 2) the jacket is beautiful and feels amazing and better than pictured; and 3) you will wear the jacket even if it's not a perfect fit because you will like the cut. I didn't have to size up but did because many recommended that. In fact, it looks bulky if you do so unless you have large chest there's no need.

The design and material are great. I received tons of compliments from my co-workers only complaint is the sleeves are a bit long 

Stunning piece, would LOVE to own and works perfectly for dressing up or pulling together with jeans and heels.

Wore this jacket out to dinner. It was high quality, beautiful cut and well made. Sleeves were very long as others mention but I was able to fold cuff without a problem.

Material was thick and stretchy and very comfortable. Sleeves were about 3 inches too long for my arms, but it fit very well and I will definitely rent again. So comfortable and versatile!

Fit is snug around waist.  Sleeves are long and fitted.  I am ordering again one size up.  Love the fabric and style. Hope the next zipper is better.

Beautifully made blazer, sleeves were pretty long, and didn't fit well in the bust for going up a size.

Just wasn't the right top for me. Too tight and sleeves were too long. Don't think I would have worn if I sized up either. This is for the very slender and tall type.
