It was tight to get on, but well fitted and comfortable. 

I wore this for an awards gala for my local chamber of commerce and as a board member, I wanted to snazz it up a bit as it was our first one. Needless to say I got a boatload of compliments!! Everyone asked where I got the dress and I told them RTR and how great it is! Only downfall of the dress was it being a little tight in my biceps and then the lining occasionally hung longer than the dress. But I loved it regardless! 

The fit was absolutely perfect and true to size. Fit great in all the right places.

I wore this dress to a holiday work party and received so many compliments! I loved the fit as it was fitted but super comfortable. I also loved the long sleeves and silver accents - it matched perfectly with my silver and black heels. This is a great option for an evening event and can be easily dressed up!

The dress fit pretty well, although it was a little tight in the shoulders for me and it is short (I'm only 5'2" and it was well above my knee). It was also starting to lose some beads, but it photographed really nicely, I got lots of compliments and it was comfortable to wear all night long!

The dress was beautiful! Got a few compliments! It was short and sexy...the back was really pretty too. I felt very pretty in it. Some of the negatives about this dress is that I feel like the beads had fallen off before I got it and this particular dress seemed to have seen better days. You can't really tell that all the beads make circles, but because some of them are missing beads, they are making just half circles. Not a big deal...but maybe something to get a seamstress to look at! 

I wore this dress to my friend's semi-formal 18th birthday party. It's fitted and very comfortable and moveable in, although the sleeves were an inch too short- reaching my wrists. It hits a little above midthigh so a tad short. It looked great on me though and I got a ton of compliments! 

Wore this to a NYE party. Perfect short length and very comfortable! Bonus: You can wear a regular bra! Dress is gorgeous in person!

I had ordered another dress which I didn't like and Rent the Runway sent me this one overnight. It's a great style and fits true to size. The only things I didn't like was that some of the details were starting to come off so there were random strings peeking out. The lining also hangs out of the bottom of the dress. Even with those minor downfalls, I received tons of compliments. 

Nice dress...not as flashy as I had hoped.  Although I did get compliments on it throughout the night.  I would have liked a bit tighter fit as well but it was appropriate for a work party.  LOVE RTR!

Great dress for a work party - fit well, was comfortable and not too revealing.  As others have said, the lining does hang out the bottom a bit.  I ordered the 4 and 6.  Luckily the 4 fit because the 6 was unwearable with how much the lining was hanging down.  There was also a small hole in the lace in the inside of the arm but not noticeable.  You could tell the dress has had a lot of wear.  I still loved it though and got lots of compliments on it.  

The dress fit well and was a nice change-up to the little black dress.  The actual dress was a little worn though - fraying in the lace and strings hanging.  

Great fall/winter dress! The only negatives were that the lining sometimes showed and it wasn't the most flexible fabric to dance in. Overall I loved it! 

Perfect for an early fall wedding, though it did get a bit warm as the evening progressed. I recommend it for anyone who, like me, prefers to show either a good deal of leg or shoulder area /bust, but not both at the same time! The fabric did not cling and created a flattering silhouette. Sized up for a bit of extra length because of my height. 

Loved this dress....DVF always  hits the mark.   Covered up for a winter wedding but very glamorous.   The fabric has a lot of give to it and is forgiving.  Small silver jets all over make it sparkle nicely.  I paired it with a black fox shawl.     Highly reccommend 

Really fun, flattering dress. Several compliments throughout the night. I ordered the 2 and the 0 and the 0 was just a bit too tight and short for my style. There were some pulls and loose threads around the beading but you couldn't really tell. 

This was a nice, comfy dress, but both sizes that were shipped looked quite worn. I was very surprised how short it was. I am 5'1" and it came to my mid thigh. It ran true to size, but I would suggest ordering up a size for your back up.

This dress was so perfect for a loft black and white tie wedding. I got so many  compliments all night. The fit was rest not too tight and I was able to dance all night in it

I wore this gorgeous dress to the Neiman Marcus Fall Fashion Preview, and received compliments from all. Dress is true to size, good length.

First RTR experience and it was great.  Prior reviews were helpful and dress fit true to size.  Tons of compliments and people couldn't believe I'm a mama of 4!  I felt young and flirty and fabulous.  The liner does hang out of the bottom a bit but other than that it was comfortable and easy to move around in.  

I wore this dress for a night out in Vegas. It was flashy without being trashy. The only downside was it arrived kind of stretched out, and there was a small hole in the right elbow. I was able to get a replacement, though, and the second dress was in much better condition. Loved it overall! 

I went with the larger size because it fit my arms a little better. I thought it was sequins on the dress because that's what it looked like in photographs but they are actually cylinder beads sewn together to make that pattern. It wasn't as fun for a 21st as I would've hopped, but it did the job!

The fit was pretty true to size. It worked perfect for the occasion. Only issue I had with it was it seemed to snag my tights and grab my hair.

This dress was perfect for an evening wedding reception marked for Cocktail Dress Attire. I have long legs and a shorter torso, the hemline hit at a great spot just above the knee and was not too short when seated. I have slim arms and the sleeves fit just right on me. This could be an issue on someone who is a little heavier on the top as there is not much give there. The fact that the dress has beads and not just cheap sequins, really brings it up a notch. I paired it with the Ella Carter Ainsley Earrings, and I got a little accessory bag with some mints and hand lotion which I thought was a great touch- those went straight into my handbag! Next time RTR should throw in some business cards to hand out, I lost count of how many times I told other guests my source. I cannot wait to find another occasion to rent this one!

I loved this dress so much. it was one  of the best rental had  from RTR.
It fit perfectly and the sparkles made the dress so chic. I had all girls asking me where I got the dress and I told them to check RTR.com. Everyone complimented my dress and how beautiful looked on me. My boyfriend loved too...thanks RTR for making my night amazing.


This dress was SO comfortable. I was shocked when I received it. It's soft and stretchy, but it has a double layer so it doesn't hug the wrong places. I thought the sequins would be itchy, but they didn't bother me at all. I wore this to a wedding in November in the midwest, and I was super warm, which I loved. This dress is flattering on what I would believe to be all shapes based on the fabric and how it fits. I wasn't a huge fan of the neckline because I already have broad shoulders, but it was a great choice.

I liked the dress, it is pretty but you can see in the picture that the lining of the dress kind of hangs out of the bottom and you have to tuck it in. Also you can see in this pic that if you wear it in winter with tights there is really no forgiveness- this is the worst pic of me in the dress but I selected it so you can see the tights may show / not be flattering. 

This is dress is a fun twist on a little black dress. It is so unique and SUPER fun.  I received quite a few compliments and I felt super comfortable and sassy the entire night!

I ordered and 10 & a 12. Ended up wearing the 12 because I have pretty muscular thighs so they needed some extra room. Unfortunately the 12's upper body was pretty loose while the 10 fit perfectly. I did some temporary stitches to the 12 to make the chest area not so loose so overall it all worked out! 

By the way it is bead-work not sequins on the dress. It is hard to tell in pictures. I was cautious all night especially when sitting down to not destroy the beading. The two dresses I received already had some wear and tear to it but I still had to be careful.

There was a hole in the dress but it was right under my arm so not noticeable, I was really happy with the dress. It was a little short but I expected this from reading other reviews on it. None of the sparkles fell off and I got a lot of compliments:)

This dress was so pretty and comfy, fitted but not too tight.  Wore with black pointy Jimmy Choo pumps and simple jewelry.  Definitely been worn before but still in great condition. Got lots of compliments. Obviously longer on me than the model, I'm not tall, but it was a perfect length. Received it a day early too!  Will use RTR again for sure.

I ordered the 8 and the 10. I normally wear an 8 or medium in pants/dresses and a medium in tops. While the 8 fit, I went with the 10 for comfort and a little more room to be able to get down on the dance floor. I got compliments all night on this dress and a few girls even told me not to send it back. It was really comfortable and the perfect mid thigh length. (I'm 5'5 and wore 5 inch heels). I would totally rent this dress again.

Short dress but loved the long sleeves for a winter event.  A couple sequins were missing but not noticeable.  I also rented earrings and a purse.

This dress was just okay. It fit small so I had to wear the bigger size. It wasn't very comfortable to move in. The zipper stuck out in the middle of my back and the lining shows on the bottom. It was an okay dress for a date night but If I could I go back I would have rented a different one. 

This dress was the most comfortable dress I have ever worn. I could've slept in it! At first the sleeves felt tight but the fabric was flexible enough that shortly after putting the dress on it was perfectly comfortable. 

This was a great dress; however it had some serious wear.   I had to snip several threads that were hanging from it.  I also had to pin the lining up.  For some reason it hung below the hem of the dress; which again, I think was from wear, etc.  Other than that, it was a great dress.  I liked that it was towards the shorter side.  The long sleeves helped balance it out.
