I was both the party planner and a guest at this rooftop birthday party. I was able to wear this dress throughout set up, all the way through the party, and still look great. It has beautiful detailing that just makes you feel special and fun. I would have liked the bodice to fit just a bit tighter. There really is no give in the bodice area. So, make sure to get a back-up size. But the fact that you could wear a regular bra was worth a bit looser fit. Length is great for tall girls like me!

I wore this dress to one of my best friend's bridal showers, and then to a Labor day party directly following. This was my back up dress for the other dresses I ordered that were unavailable at the last minute. I ordered the 10 because in Lilly Pullitzer and other brands a 6 will fit my waist, but often an 8 is tight on my bust. I could have absolutely worn an 8 in this dress, maybe even a 6. The one small issue I had was that my bra (a normal VS bra with vertical straps) stuck out on the sides.. I think a smaller size would have fixed that. This dress is perfect for large hips and small waist ladies - if I purchased this dress i would have had it taken in about 1.5 inches in the waist. I received compliments from every age group - most people thought the sea urchins were fireworks, so this would be perfect for a summer holiday. Highly recommend - I wish this dress was a permanent fixture to my closet!

Walking into the restaurant I felt like all eyes were on me. Immediately the hostess, waitress, and people next to us told me how much they liked my dress! I felt so confident in it!

I loved this dress! I wore it to a nice brunch, and it was absolutely perfect! My friends and I were actually keeping tally of how many people complimented me. I felt so confident in it and was sad to send it back. I got mine a size up because there is no give in the bodice. Oh and the pockets made carrying a camera so easy!

This is a great daytime dress! The print is really beautiful and the fit of the dress is super easy! It is very fitted at the waist, so if you have a slightly larger rib cage definitely size up in backup! It hit me at my knee, and I was able to wear a standard bra. This dress would really work for any body type, especially if you are curvier!

Unfortunately, it was cuter in the photo than in person. The material was heavy and way poofier than I thought it was going to be. The fit was just okay - a size 0 was a bit too tight and a size 2 fit well at the waist but was SUPER loose in the bust. Sad day! I had such high hopes for this dress too!

Very pretty dress. However, I had to return it. It runs large and no belt or magic tape could make it work. The material is a little stiff, so the dress has to fit you very well or you end up looking like you're wearing an umbrella.

This dress was great! I wore it for a 4th of July party at a country club and it was the perfect dress for the occasion. I got compliments from everyone! It runs exactly true to size, and it is very flattering. It cinches in at the waist and flairs out around the hips. Just keep in mind that this dress is best for taller women with smaller waist, because the shoulder straps a long, and there is no stretch or give in the waist of the dress (which is definitely the smallest part) to accommodate a larger tummy area. I definitely recommend it!

This dress is stunning. Such fun colors and a fabulous cut! I was desperate to wear it but it didn't come in my regular size. I was told it might run small and I have a larger chest so I gave it a shot. Unfortunately it was too big, which just broke my heart. I do think it would have fit better in a 2 or 0 which is my regular size range. I WILL rent it in those sizes when it's available because it is BEYOND adorable!!!!

Dress was as described. A little big in the chest but it had a nice waist to compensate for that. I think this is definitely a dress to order for women who wear smaller sizes. As the size increases, the dress becomes less flattering due to the print.

This is a structured dress with no give in the bodice. Although it ran true to size on me, size up if you have any concerns. I wore this to a beach wedding in Coronado and received many compliments at the wedding and on the pictures I posted. The colors are fun and photograph well. The pleating may make full hips look fuller. One other note: the 12 came to just above the knee on me. The 10 was slightly shorter. I am pretty conservative so I liked that the neckline wasn't very revealing and the hem came down much lower on me than on the model.

I rented this for a daytime graduation event. I sized up from my normal size 8 (had a 10 and 12) as a prior review said the bodice was very fitted without a lot of give, and I wear 36D bra. I probably could have worn the 8 but I ended up with the 10 anyway, it fit pretty well but was a bit loose in the waist. It wasn't a big deal though, still looked nice and was really fun to wear. I loved the colors and got lots of compliments.

I loved this fun dress. It has tons of material and looks great dancing. I got tons of comments. The bodice has no give but the larger size fit. I am 5'10 so dress fit me fine but maybe long on shorter girls.
