I actually purchased this from the site on a whim for my brother's wedding!  It was comfortable and fun and easy to wear!  I got compliments all night on how beautiful it was.  Love love love this dress!!!

I wore this dress for our engagement photos and it was absolutely perfect! A little small in the bust, I got a size 4 and am a 34D, but otherwise it fit great!

It was a bit snug at the top but it held everyone in lol

This Badgley Mischka was a knock out. The fit around my ribs and bust was a little weird, but I just skipped a bra to get it to fit. The tiny sequins sparkle like liquid gold. I felt like an Oscar and turned so many heads. Great bachelorette dress. 

This dress is absolutely stunning. It's like liquid gold. BUT it runs extremely small. I'm usually a size 10 but had to get size 14 overnighted. I've never worn a size 14 in my life! But once it fits, it fits gorgeously and is very flattering. 

i LOVED this dress!! i wore it for my "roaring 25th" birthday party and it was absolutely perfect. the tiny sequins give it an unbelievable sparkle. it was comfortable and i never once felt like it was going to fall down, which i always appreciate in a strapless dress. the only drawbacks were that the zipper was difficult to pull up, and the dress ran very large - i usually wear an 8, but that one literally fell off of me, so i had to get smaller sizes overnighted to me. overall, though, this dress was fabulous and i would definitely wear it again!

The zipper is VERY DIFFICULT to zip!  You will definitely need someone to help you zip it up for sure!!! If your small chested you will probably want to go down a size to hold the strapless dress up.  I wore a size 2 and it fit perfectly.  This is a great gold dress and you will shine in all of your pictures!  

It's a pretty dress (I don't think it runs small like many people said) but the zipper is horrendous. We tried both sizes for 20 minutes and could barely get it zipped up even when it wasn't on me. Finally we attached a coat hanger to the zipper hook and yanked it up and it finally zipped. Ridiculous for such an expensive gown. 

Definitely runs big. Too long and felt dowdy. Wasn't really my favorite. 

I was a bridesmaid in my friends New Years Eve wedding. The only requirement was to wear gold, and this dress was perfect. It's festive, fun, yet comfortable. The zipper on the size 6 was a little tricky, so make sure you have a helping hand when zipping up. 

As mentioned in other reviews, the zipper was a nightmare. But once on, the dress is gorgeous :) has a great night and it was comfortable to drink and dance in all night long. 

This dress is fun and flashy and I received a lot of compliments. The wedding theme was great gatsby-esque with the colors being champagne and black. I am usually smaller up top, but the 10 was snug with a very padded strapless bra and was not the most comfortable, however I believe that's part of wearing this kind of dress.  Also, this dress had a difficult time zipping off and on me as the zipper didn't zip smoothly, but we ended up making it work. 

I'm usually between a 2 and a 4. However, I had read that it ran small so I ordered a 4 and 6. The 4 was literally falling off of me so I ended up getting a 2 overnighted to me. It fit perfectly!!

I loved this dress - it was comfortable and very eye-catching. It truly sparkles! The size 2 fit me perfectly in the chest, but my only complaint was that it was much longer than I was expecting. It went down a good two inches past my knees. I fixed this by using temporary hem tape to shorten it (the length you see in my photo is at least four inches shorter than the dress as it was originally). Altogether, just what I was looking for on New Years Eve.

I rented this for my 25th birthday. I got the 8 and 10 because I usually wear a 8 in dress but was unsure because of the bust. The 10 was a little more comfortable on the top but I probably should have worn the 8 as the 10 got loose as the night went on.

It was gorgeous and the perfect amount of shine. I have a large bust (34DD) so I am always hesitant with strapless but I felt covered and classic. The flare of the skirt hides little imperfections well. The top of it did get a little loose as the night went out so I had to keep pulling it up. Next time, I would use fashion tape and maybe a pin to my bra (I wore a strapless under this to give a little support because there isn't much support in this dress).

I had worn this dress before in full length and couldn't miss the chance to wear it again in knee length. The photos do not do it justice, this thing glitters! I have a full bust and the strapless fits snug and supportive, the boning was slightly uncomfortable at the end of the night, but no worse than any other formal outfit. In both full and knee length I got TONS of compliments on this dress. I definitely recommend!

Loved this dress; the classy top & hemline balanced out all the sequins.  My usual size 8 was just a bit too snug so I opted for the 10, which fit wonderfully.  The top is structured and I never felt like it was going to fall down.  I chose to wore a bra even though there was really no need to; the top is thick enough that you don't even need pasties.  Wore this on my birthday to a formal holiday party.



This dress was beautiful and perfect for my boyfriend's work holiday party. It runs a little small - I normally wear a 2, but had to rent a 4 (luckily I got both sizes). The zipper is really hard to zip sometimes, it tends to get stuck on the track. It's also a little longer than I thought, but that made it fancier, so it worked! Overall a great dress for the price, I got a lot of compliments!

The dress was gorgeous... but it was SO LONG!!!!  It came all the way down to my knee.  I am only 5'4", so this may be why it seemed so long.  I also had to get a size 12 because I am a 38DDD.  The fit was right but it was just a lot longer than expected.  I got complimented all night, though, and it looked great in pictures.

I normally wear a 0 and I have a very small waist - the 0 was very tight in the waist and bust and I opted to wear the 2 so I could still wear a bra and be more comfortable.

I wore this dress for my Bachlorette party. It was pretty heavy but stayed in place perfectly. I didn't have to wear a bra at all because of the structure of the top and the way the waist fit me perfectly. It was a blast to dance in and I got lots of compliments. This is an excellent party dress. 

The fit was perfect for women with hips :)

Pros:
The dress is beautiful, I really cant say enough about the way it looked. The whole night i was getting compliment after compliment. It really is a head turner. 
It also isn't as itchy as I initially thought it would be. Although it is covered in sequins, the dress is lined very well. There was only slight rubbing in the underarm area. 
It was true to color and looked Exactly like the online photos. 

Cons:
I loved this dress, it was exactly what i was looking for but I'm always a little hesitant in ordering offline. 
I read lots of reviews of this dress before deciding to rent it. Most reviews were for the sizes that I had rented. Normally I very between an 8- 12 in dress sizes. It always depends on the style of the dress for me. I rented a 10 and got the 12 as my back up, and i am happy I did. Although the dress I'm sure is true to size for most people it still ran a little small for me in some areas. I have an hour glass figure. The 12 fit great in the hips and waist, It also fit around my bust. My issue was my rib cage, which is larger. I have a broad back. The boning was very uncomfortable on my rib cage. It was also very snug. The zipper is a skinny zipper, that seemed to get caught in the lining as you tried to zip it up. It looked like this has happened to many. I wish it was a little looser in the rib area. It was difficult to sit because the boning was going into my hip i have a shorter torso so the dress was a little out of proportion for my body type. Also for shorter people, the dress hits a lot longer on the leg that i had originally anticipated. It was right at my knees. So if you're looking for a little shorter than this dress might not be for you. 

All in all the dress was what I needed. I celebrated my Golden birthday!! It was flashy yet classy. I would recommend getting two sizes bigger if you have a larger rib cage, but other than that I highly recommend this dress. 

Rented this dress along with 2 best friends for one of their golden birthdays. It looked great on all 3 of us and fit perfectly. We all went braless as the top is snug enough to hold everything in. Short and swingy bottom was fun for dancing and the sequins were great for pictures. Short in length but fun for a party!

This dress was definitely a showstopper! I wore this to an awards ceremony for our community theatre. I was up for the Leading Actress in a musical award so I definitely wanted an unforgettable dress. I got a lot of compliments on it. The dress fit well aside from having to pull it up quite a few times throughout the evening. The reviews are correct when it comes to the infamous zipper. That was rough! I had to zip it past the seam and then carefully put it on over my head. Another noteworthy detail was the boning in the bodice. The right side boning in the bodice kept riding up out place. It was rather annoying. Those few details are the reason I gave this dress a 3 out of 5 stars. 

Extremely sparkly. Not a lot of room in the chest (and I'm flat chested). Also I felt like it accentuated my love handles.  Very flowy and eye catching. The material isn't scratchy but pretty smooth. 

Overall was a great dress for a fun night out - very flashy in person (make sure you want to stand out) and I needed help to get the zipper up because it was a little sticky.  A little itchy at first but I quickly grew used to it.  Great find a received a lot of compliments!

Itchy at the top, nothing to protect your skin on the top from the sequins so if you have sensitive skin, his dress may not be for you. That being said it glistened very pretty in the light and caught you attention. I wore this dress to be a "gold digger" so. Was a little long for me and a little big on the bottom but the top fit great. If this wasn't Halloween, I may not have worn it. I wouldn't have worn it to dress up to any other event

The fit was perfect but the zipper was a bit tricky. I was able to dance for hours without adjusting every five seconds and it was overall pretty comfy even with a strapless bra. Definitely recommend.

I absolutely loved this dress. I wore it to my sororities semi formal and it was perfect! It was very flattering and I got endless compliments on it all night. It definitely stands out! The zipper is a pain but it is manageable. My only big complaint about this dress is how itchy it got after an hour sitting down at dinner. 

I'm currently in the process of losing weight and was kind of between a 12 and 14, but they didn't have a 14 in stock. I will say it kind of pinches back and armpit fat in an unflattering way, but then again, I'm a bit self-deprecating.

Fit is true to size, with a little extra room up top for smaller-busted ladies. The length was perfect on my 5'5" frame. The top stayed in place pretty well, though I did have to adjust a few times throughout the night. The sequins are beautiful, and the dress lends itself to a lot of movement which really shows it off. It's a beautiful dress. Like everyone else warns, the zippers are HORRENDOUS. I've never experienced a zipper like the ones on these dresses. I cut fingers on both of my hands trying to zip myself up! I finally had to resort to employing my friend to help, and she had to use pliers to grip the zipper well enough. For that reason, I'm giving this dress 4 stars. Everything else about it was great. 

I rented this dress for my sorority's semi-formal, and overall I was pleased with it. I did end up wearing the second dress sent with the size four that I had ordered. This was mainly because this dress did run a little small and the size four, which is my usual size, was too small for my chest. Other than that it was a wonderful dress and I got compliments on it all night long!

Great dress overall. Only con was the awful zipper and wiring was a little bothersome. Make sure you got a friend on booby patrol because it required a lot of pulling up throughout th night. Got so many compliments though. Loved it! 

I sang Walking On Sunshine in a regional Idol competition and this dress was perfect, all of the judges commented on how perfectly it worked for the song. It stayed on comfortably and looked gorgeous- even better in person than in photos. I know all of the other review say this, but they aren't lying- the zipper is awful. When I first tried it on, we couldn't get it zipped at all. Thankfully, though, someone backstage was strong enough and helped me out with it. But anyways, the dress was amazing and it was so disappointing to have to send it back. Perfect for the occasion! :)

I am normally a solid size 10, especially up top, but had to wear the 12 and even that took help getting into. Just a heads up. It was fine once zipped up though. Great dress! Very fun and worked great with pearls for a 20's themed party!

I love strapless BM dresses- this one as well as others I have rented fit true to size and stay up the entire night, even when dancing! The sequins are of good quality and look chic, not tacky. The only con is the zipper is a bit challenging, so you’ll need help getting it zipped up. 

The top was a little bit tight, but other than that it fit pretty true to size. It came down to a little above my knees which was good because dresses are usually a little short on me. Overall a beautiful dress!

I ordered this dress for New Year's Eve! I'm usually a size 2 and am 34B. The size 2 was unavailable, however, so I ordered a size 0 and am really glad I did, as a 2 would've been massive. The 0 fit great, although it was a little loose in the bust and I had to keep pulling it up. The boning in the bodice fit nicely and prevented the dress from sliding off. I loved the color and shimmer and got tons of compliments. I didn't want to send the dress back! I'll probably rent this one again in the future. If you want a spectacularly shimmery dress that makes you stand out, this is the one to rent.  My experience with RTR was fantastic!! Very happy.
