Like father, like daughter. Arthur Elgort and his fabulous daughter Sophie share a mutual love of the lense, an exceptional eye for fashion, and accomplished careers. Arthur Elgort has been shooting for Conde Nast magazines for over 42 years and recently received the prestigious Special Tribute Award from The Council of Fashion Designers of America. Sophie has amassed an impressive client list of her own which includes Alice + Olivia, Teen Vogue, and Women’s Wear Daily. Her effortless sense of personal style make her own of our favorite tastemakers and RTR fans.

Follow Sophie & Arthur's 5 tips to get your own photo finish:

1. On what to wear: Father and daughter both agree to wear something you can move in like the Preen Bridget Dress.

2. On color: Arthur is partial to black like the Prabal Garung Perfect Hourglass Dress, but Sophie thinks color makes a stunning statement like the Calvin Klein Collection Donalda Dress.

3. On shoes: Arthur prefers a classic skinny heel like feminine Manolo Blahniks.  Sophie agrees but likes to mix it up with modern chunky platforms. If you're tall, they both agree that a beautiful pair of flats can be utterly elegant with a dress.

4. On finishing touches: Keep your hair simple and don’t be too fussy.  Never fail options are pulling it back in a pony tail or bun or wearing it down.

5. Above all else:  Be comfortable in your look so that your personality can show through. It's easy to get a good photo when the model or subject can be herself.
