- What do I need to send to receive my rental credit?
- Just snap a picture (or scan) a copy of your receipt from any retailer and the matching hangtag with designer name to retailrewards@renttherunway.com. Note that the information on the hangtag must match the receipt to receive proper credit.
- When will I get my credit?
- Credits will be added into your RTR account within one week of submitting the information.
- Do I have to have rented the designer to get credit for purchasing from them?
- Yes, you have to have previously rented an item from the designer prior to purchasing to receive proper credit. There is no time limit between rental and purchase.
- How will you know my account information?
- Requests should be sent from your RTR account email address. Alternatively if you send the email from another address, please state your full name and email account that corresponds with your RTR account.
