The Runway Rep program is a network of girls committed to promoting Rent the Runway on college campuses across the country for the 2012-2013 school year - a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the fashion industry and one of New York City's top start-ups. Each campus has a team of Runway Reps that work together to create and execute a comprehensive strategic marketing plan to drive Rent the Runway membership, customer acquisition and engagement on campus. You will be responsible for investigating, resolving, and escalating cases of customer delinquency and credit card chargebacks. You will identify any failures and / or inefficiencies in the current collections process and work to reshape the process to simultaneously maximize fee recovery and customer experience.
